Usually a good pie here but got two bad pizza’s tonight I called to ask if something had changed and explained to the girl that I picked the pizzas up from that the quality was way different and not their usual. She seemed in denial of what I was saying. Who ever made those two pizzas up knew they did a poor job. If I get this quality a second time it would be my last pizzas from them. Too bad for me and them. They usually have great pizza. Hopefully a one off. B

We have tried several times to call in an order and have only been successful once. Yesterday, we called 4 times and no one picked up. We have tried too many times to bother again. The pizza was good but not worth this much aggravation. You have lost a customer.

Usually the pizza is amazing, the odd time it will be burnt or poorly done, it probably depends who is working at the time. Another issue is several times I have called during their hours but no one has answered the phone. It’s a bit of a gamble, if you get a hold of them then usually you’ll get an amazing pizza that I would rate 5/5, but the unreliability and inconsistency is a risk you have to take going to a local place instead of a big chain.

I've tried to order for 2 days now. They were closed an hour earlier than they advertised the first night. When I called the second night at 7:45 I was told they were only doing pick up, but that they were closed? so that also wasn't an option. Would really love to support local places right now, but unfortunately with sporadic hours and closing before 8 pm for both delivery AND pick up is really hindering this for me.We might try again, but probably not because of this.EDIT: ordered pick up, and the staff was super friendly and the pizza was delicious. Hours aren't ideal, but we will definitely go back. We like our pizza well done so the crust looks burnt but it is not!
Their pizza is great but they make it incredibly difficult to even get a hold of them. The past three times I’ve tried to order, called multiple times with no answer. Had to go somewhere else. It feels like they don’t even want to give you a pizza.

We have been raving about Trokadero pizza to everyone we know. Up until last night September 10th I would say it was the best. Haven’t been in awhile but hopefully it was just a bad night. It was the worst pizza we have ever had. The crust was burnt around the perimeter and the toppings fell off the crust which was super thin. Our dogs wouldn’t eat it.

I have some of the most picky eaters in my house. Well, tonight it was my turn to choose the pizza place and I’ve always wanted to try this place….Boy oh boy am I glad I did! We got three gourmet pizzas and all three were incredible!The Egg-Elicious is eggselent, Grilled Chicken was amazing, and the other (can’t remember the name as I am currently in a food coma, but it started with De ….) was incredible!All three HOT (heat hot) and all three different flavored pizzas, are all gone!! Picky eaters destroyed ‘em!!!The Bad thing is, no lunch left over for tomorrow…… definitely will order again. But will try other stuff. Heard the wings are amazing…Thanks very much to the only employee working!! She made phenomenal food.

Dough and sauce was flavourless. We asked for goat cheese as kids have a dairy allergy and there was barely one small piece of goat cheese on each slice. Wings were over cooked and the honey garlic sauce was so watery we couldn’t even put it on the wings. Over priced and extremely poor quality. We won’t order a second time.
