Despite seeing a few negative reviews, we decided to give Planet Bean Coffee – Garage a try, and we’re so glad we did! The iced Americano was absolutely epic – you can truly taste the difference in quality from their fairtrade beans. We also tried a vegan cookie, and it was just as impressive: fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The vibe of the place is warm and welcoming, and the service was top-notch. I just moved to the area and I was excited to have a cafe in walking distance. I visited today and was a little disappointed. Staff were friendly although it took them a couple of minutes to greet or acknowledge me, atmosphere was exactly what I was expecting. I was really looking forward to a sugar-free iced latte to be told that they don't have any sugar free options. I opted to buy a muffin for my boyfriend and the muffin was very dry and crumbly.

We have been a fan of this coffee so much that when I moved 2 hours away, I'd have it shipped to me. In the last 4 months I have had to call to find out where my order is, and today it has been 2 weeks since I ordered. Time to find a new source.
