the milk tea there will give you diarrhea I am not kidding oh my god. I don’t know what that lady puts in the drink but how do you manage to give 3 people stomach pain with different milk tea’s? She’s putting something in there. Do you hate your job? That’s great, leave it, just don’t take it out on the customers and put laxatives in our food 😭✌️ i USE to like drinking there but suddenly the drinks started giving me stomach pain. I don’t know why, but that lady working there around 12 needs to be investigated by the police because this is ridiculous.

I ordered a Mango Diamond Slush (small) with mango chunks, but unfortunately the drink tasted bitter and not fresh, especially after chewing the mango pieces. This was disappointing, as I expected better quality. I hope the management can look into this and improve freshness in the future.

Would not recommend the chocolate milk tea. It didn’t even taste like chocolate as chocolate syrup was used. It was very disappointing for how much you pay for bubble these days. You pay for tapioca balls and they don’t give you that many.

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious concern regarding my recent visits to your store. Yesterday, I ordered a medium Kiwi Slush with strawberries, two green apple jellies, and strawberry boba. While drinking it, I came across a very sharp object inside my cup. If I had swallowed it, it could have caused serious harm by cutting my throat or getting stuck in my neck. Along with this, I also found what looked like a lychee or watermelon piece that I did not order. This is not the first issue I have experienced. On a previous visit, I ordered the same drink in a large size, but the drink was made with mostly strawberries and only one piece of kiwi, making it taste more like a strawberry slush. When I raised this with the employee, their response was very rude and dismissive .

No way I just stood in front of the cash register and the employees ignored me while the one self serve kiosk was being used lol wtf
