Refresh is definitely a staple in downtown Guelph. If I am ever feeling off or need a boost Amanda and her staff always point me in the right direction. I leave feeling better inside and out!!!
Walking here is a tradition for my days off. I usually get the soul bowl, but sometimes I branch out and get a smoothie and juice. Amanda and her staff are so lovely and always chat with me while preparing my order. I feel so light and energized after my visits here. Love this place!
