Ordered off Uber and my order was missing the fries and portions were small, I gave them a call to advise and they made it right, and personally delivered what was missing and then some. A business that works with customers to fix an issue is great in my books. Thank you guys, food was very very good so I will order again!

They charge you a dollar for cheese a dollar for bacon and by all said and done combo 4 is 20 dollars. For a family of 4 to eat its over 80$ with tax. This place is a pure scam. Might as well go to a restaurant and spend a tiny bit more and actually get quality food then this garbage fast food.

When i first went to this place, the taste, portions and price blew me away. Loved it.
7 years later. The burgers are overpriced, and underwhelming, they shrunk their portion sizes. To put it in perspective; 2 whopper juniors are cheaper, and faster. The poutines are okay, a little pricey.
I would definitely say give them a try for the different styles of poutine.

This is the first time we’ve ordered from Sam’s Grill. My husband place the order via Uber Eats. Our fist time using the app as well. You guys need to check your fish. I smells gross, rancid tasting and very rubbery. We could not eat it. The fries were ok, but it was all we could could really tolerate. And our family order (kids liked the burger and battered mushroom but hated the fries) was almost $100! What a wasted of money.

I've yet to have a bad experience here. The food was great and the overall atmosphere inside the restaurant is pretty good. My go to is the pickle poutine and a strawberry milkshake. This place is a must try!!

Stumbled across this place while craving smash burgers. The burgers are amazing! Taste just like the smash burgers we make on our blackstone during the summer. Fries were a big hit too. Cooked perfectly. Poutine had lots of gravy & cheese. Russet potatoes & not thin and stringy. Great meal. Priced better & a pleasant change from fast food chains. We will be back.

Always great food and service. Today I had their chillpill burger. Super messy! That's a good thing. I just wish the chilli pack a little heat. Tasted more like pasta sauce than chilli. I get it not everybody can handle the heat. Still a good burger most likely go back to my usual there.
