I used to enjoy shawarma G restaurant when they first opened, but they’ve really gone downhill. The food quality has dropped significantly, and the customer service is beyond disappointing—rude staff who seem indifferent to customers’ concerns. Orders are often delayed, and when they do arrive, they’re nowhere near the same quality as before.
On top of that, they’ve increased their prices, making them the most expensive shawarma spot compared to others, especially in Guelph. For the price they charge, the quality and service should be exceptional, but instead, it’s the opposite. It’s frustrating and disappointing, and I honestly can’t recommend them anymore. They’ve lost what made them special.
