Ordered a family platter, drove 20 minutes towards my house then they called me and explained they forgot to include the sauces and the sides. Expected me to drive there and pick it up instead of them taking responsibility and figuring out a solution on their end 😂 last time going there.

Ordered Christmas Eve via Uber Eats. Delivery was quick and friendly. However, I wish I could get my $10 tip back. Ordered 3 chicken platters and extra orders of garlic sauce and pita to the tune of $76. The rice, tabouli and hummus were tasty but the few pieces of chicken that were on top of the rice were cold, dry and not tasty...like they were sitting out on the counter for an hour. The pitas were also thin and limp. The extra pita and garlic sauce ordered were not included with my order so on top of the disappointing food I was ripped off. Very disappointing. iShawarma in Waterloo has been far superior in my experience. I see on other reviews that ownership attacks those who submit negative experiences which is unfortunate as this is an opportunity to either secure future business from me or ultimately never get my business again. Let’s see! Update: I never did receive any credits as promised by ownership in their reply.

I'm gonna give it 5 stars just to counter some of the dumb 1 star reviews (some employee may or may not have cut you off in the parking lot... I don't care... how's the food?). Food is okay, I've had better shawarma. The chicken was dry, maybe it was just the time of day I went in. Service was good, it was fast. Atmosphere.. who cares, it's a take out place

If you're used to eating shawarmas in the, Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton Burlington Oakville area then don't come here. I don't know if it's a Guelph thing but this is not what I call a shawarma. It tasted horrible and the size for the price that I paid was a joke
