Portions were smaller then they used to be, service was slower for a not busy place.
I like the place and will go back.

I ordered a Philly cheese sandwich which to say is disappointing. Was barely any meat on that sandwich. Tasted good but just not worth $20 when there's a thin slice of sandwich for that kind of money. And I ordered a house salad instead of fries. That salad was barely half. The bowl was filled with lettuce. It was pathetic. Really very disappointed .You're better off going to Subway right next door. Getting way more meat for that. Less money. And as much lettuce as you want. Lol I will not be going to shoelace shows again that's for sure. They have no specials. Meanwhile, Chuck's is across the street that's offering $3 pints and all everything else way better priced.

Cold fry’s microwaved pasta served with cold garlic bread. Dry hamburger that was microwaved before it came out. DO NOT EAT HERE!

I’ve booked with them prior to watch the Edwards vs Muhammed card and had my reservation cancelled without notice. In return, they sat us in a spot that was incredibly hard to watch the fight from any angle and refused to give us tables they were holding for a group that was an hour late. ONE HOUR. NO COMPENSATION, nothing.

I decided to give them a second chance and I booked the Joe’s room ONE MONTH in advance to watch the Topuria vs Oliveria card happening June 28th/25 and found out today that my reservation was given up again without ANY notice at all. Incredibly unprofessional and the fact that they do this clearly shows that they’ll pull a leg or two to give their friends the seats that they want. Unacceptable practice and I highly recommend you to not come here for any event.
