Checked out Sleeman Breweries in Guelph recently and it was a great experience. The place is really spacious, with plenty of seating, including a nice outdoor area.
They offer a wide variety of beers, so there’s lots to choose from. I also really liked the vintage vibe of the brewery — it adds a lot of character to the overall atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit if you’re nearby

SAPPORO MADE HERE SUCKS! They brew Japanese Sapporo beer here, and it is nothing like the beer made in Japan, which is dry, crisp, bubbly and refreshing. The Sapporo beer made here is nothing like the original and very disappointing. If you see it at the LCBO or Beer stores don't buy it. Look for the cans imported from Japan only!

I have been using Sleeman Light 12 years, recently at Maxi and after at Super C, no Sleeman Light!!!! We have not received it !!! So I sent an email to customer service twice with no reply, I call today at Chambly Québec because I live in Quebec in Lanaudière, but no reply, I had leave a message, again nobody contacted me so I have no idea how to talk to somebody at Sleeman to answer my question! What is going on with my Sleeman Light, next one to try as a replacement will be Bud Light 🤨

OG major brewery for southern Ontario! Such a neat history, still on display upstairs, where the bartender invited us to look around. After a 50-year hiatus for getting caught sending beer to Al Capone, they've been growing since the 80s. Love the smell of freshly boiling grains :)

Absolutely amazing place to visit. Great beer and you can see from the staff how passionate they are about making the best product for their customers. Amazing experience and would definitely recommend visiting and taking in all of the history!!!!!!

I've tried to contact sleeman through their website but always comes up error. Had a case of beer with 2 defective bottles. First bottle had a crack down the neck and a chipped mouth piece. 2nd bottle was 3/4 full with the cap still on. Paying $45 a case these days I expect to have 24 drinkable beers not 22

They no longer offer tours however you can go upstairs and have a great view of the bottling room and mini museum. A very nice man showed me around, and I had a free taste of their IPA. Enjoyed a Cream Ale on their patio which was very affordable ($6-something).
