This might be the most disgusting poutine I have had. Myself and my boyfriend got poutines - they were cold and fries tasted old and stale. Not worth $13 AT ALL . Go anywhere else McDonald’s is better than this

Horrible raw chicken
I haven't been to smoke's since the early days in Toronto and after this gross experience I won't be back. It's mid-afternoon on a Sunday and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the previous night's drunken crowd likely came through. The soap dispenser emitted some sort of black goo - not soap. And the food - yikes. Highschool cafeterias make better poutine than this. The service was ok and I notified the staff member about the bathroom situation but caution should be used before going to this place.

Fries have a bitter after taste, like they have been cooked in bad oil, gravy is all watery. Honestly, as a place that specializes in poutine, you guys are the worst that I have ever tried.
I had placed an order on ubereats as I had a craving for the pulled pork poutine with extra pork . First of all it arrived still hot (only 10 min delivery) but when I opened it up, the fries were all dark and over cooked (not a single golden fry) it didn’t look like extra pulled pork (like I had ordered), the pork was dry with little to no sauce, and barely any cheese curds in the poutine. I used to work for the company so was disappointed in the quality
Vegetarian options: Veggie gravy is an option and will always have it available
