Smoke's Poutinerie Guelph (Cork)

Order a couple times, pull pork poutine is always my favourite. This time I got the pierogi with cartelized onions, not good. Barley cooked and onions were burnt. Could’ve remade it before giving it to the delivery…..

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch poutine and the flavour seemed a bit off, I also ordered a side of pierogies with sour cream, left the store checked the bag in the car and was given a side of ranch instead. I turn around to get the sour cream I asked for, when I arrived back the lady knew why I came back and said “sorry I forgot to give you your sour cream” so she knew why I was back. I waited 5 minutes for the lady to get the sour cream and it ended up being spoiled.

Poutine was okay but service was terrible, she completely missed ringing in one of our meals and basically told us it was our fault. The Philly cheese steak on a bun was extremely small and it was not edible.....the bun was hard as a rock (not joking, the fork could not pierce the bun). The place was not particularly clean and maybe one day they will replace the greasy old cardboard box where you get the forks from. It was terrible. Will never go back.

The classic poutine experience. I haven’t tried the other items on the menu. Whenever I eat this delightful Canadian creation m, I’m transported back to Montréal! I highly recommend the classic Poutine!

This location is dirty, filthy bathroom.
Staff doesn’t know the menu. Unfortunately received the wrong food when trying to order a simple hot dog. Very slow. Wish there was something good to say.

This might be the most disgusting poutine I have had. Myself and my boyfriend got poutines - they were cold and fries tasted old and stale. Not worth $13 AT ALL . Go anywhere else McDonald’s is better than this

Horrible raw chicken

I haven't been to smoke's since the early days in Toronto and after this gross experience I won't be back. It's mid-afternoon on a Sunday and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the previous night's drunken crowd likely came through. The soap dispenser emitted some sort of black goo - not soap. And the food - yikes. Highschool cafeterias make better poutine than this. The service was ok and I notified the staff member about the bathroom situation but caution should be used before going to this place.
