This restaurant was such a great find. The first time I came here, I got the Bulgogi Bibimbap based on a recommendation. Turns out, it's the only main dish I ever order because it is SO good. And I always douse it with their red sauce-it really takes it to the next level. I find it adds lots flavour without overpowering the meal with heat. I also love the fermented beans and Kimchi that come with the meals. The service can be average but the food always gets to the table quickly. The portion is large at a very reasonable price so I will keep going back again for sure.

Soora is a wonderful, cute little Korean restaurant right in downtown Guelph. This mom and pop restaurant has fantastic authentic food that will leave you wanting more! Service is very fast, and the staff is so friendly.

This place is a gem. Having lived in Korea, I can say this is authentic, homemade food. The owners are delightful and caring and I absolutely feel at home here. Try the soondubu with tuna, the tempura appetizer, and the bibimbap. I hope Soora never leaves Guelph.

Coming from Toronto and having had lots of Korean food throughout the years I would say the food is on par with what you can get in Toronto, everything tasted very authentic. I found it very humbling as the service they provide is quite different, as they bow to you when they give you the food. The prices seem reasonable, and is one of the very few Korean restaurants in Guelph. Give them a try!
