First visit tonight - good burgers, good poutine and fries. The girl working the cash/burger prep area was amazing! 10 stars for customer service. I have a gluten sensitivity but wanted a chance to try the burgers, she was so cautious to avoid potential cross contamination. I loved that they had a separate toaster for gluten free, and she went and got my toppings from the back instead of using the shared bins. Really incredible service and we will definitely be back! Thank you!

Placed an online order for pickup through Doordash, once it was approved the order was canceled by them a few minutes later. Not the first time this has happened. What's the point of having this option if you always just cancel the order.

My online order included a 2 for 1 poutine but they seemed to just split one poutine order and package it in 2 containers. Really disappointed on the price and value. Picture included in this review shows the poutine before I started to eat it.
Additional note June 16th - the email in their response to my review doesn't seem to work. I get a notification of non-delivery. What a joke.
The atmosphere is really nice here it’s so calm and you can enjoy your food plus the people who work here are litterly the best and don’t even get me started with the food the food just hits different if your looking for anywhere to eat burger you should definitely go to south street burger.

False promises and false advertising. First, they failed to honor the daily special and charged full price for it.
The selection of toppings looked nice, but when it came to actually choosing I found that they have maybe half of what they claim to. I ordered chicken because I wanted the buttermilk ranch, but they didn't have it and that wasn't communicated anywhere.
Finally, they skim out on the toppings so hard it was shocking. My burger came with bacon on it, and they gave me a single piece of bacon. Even in the image of it you can see that there's atleast two pieces of bacon. When I mentioned how ridiculous that was to the employee they said that "just because we advertise that doesn't mean you get it" ??? Are you aware of what false advertising is?
She then had the gall to claim that it would be fixed by the next time I was here. That is the most hilarious thing I've heard all day. So if I come in and they haven't removed all the false advertising and toppings that they don't have from their menu, then they're liars, and I can guarantee there will not be any changes. Just lying to me to cover up for the lying their advertisement did.

Absolute waste of $28. Customer Service was awful. Burger was disgusting. Couldn’t stop freaking out over the nasty ‘BRUTE’ garbage can in the middle of the kitchen where our food was being prepared. Toppings had been sitting out in the heat all day. I had a small fly that was flying around me and eventually found itself stuck on my burger. Just once I’d love for the burger to actually resemble something close to what’s advertised on the sign which is what drew me in. Don’t be fooled. This place was gross, I hope a health inspector shows up and shuts ‘em’ down.
