I drove all the way to get warm drinks for my family after getting the Christmas Tree. We arrived at 8:45pm on December 3rd 2025 and all the doors were locked up. Google says they close at 9pm. The whole family was very disappointed. This is unacceptable!

I was very nice and said thank you but the barrista never looked up and said nothing at all. They are more concerned about having a massive pride flag hanging in their store but can't be kind to their customers. Very off putting and unwelcoming atmosphere.

I came in today for my birthday latte and was welcomed by a very dynamic young lady named Daisee. Her personality and great big smile totally made my day and my experience. She definitely loves her job and loves interacting with people!! The Latte was fantastic. Thanks

The service at this location is very slow. Came in at 6:00 (not busy) and sat at the till for almost 5 minutes while the barista (who was making coffee) and girl behind the counter chatted among themselves. Guess they were too busy to acknowledge me. I ordered a latte which took a very long time to make. I will give the barista credit as he did apologize for the long wait. Their focus seemed to be on takeout orders. Very glad I did not include a tip as the ordering and actually getting the cup in my hand was easily 10 minutes plus . I will say the latte was excellent.
