My spouse and I visited yesterday. She ordered an iced shaken espresso beverage and asked to substitute syrups. At several Starbucks we visit that comes at no additional charge however the barista here added it as an extra charge. After that, she pointed out that it was a substitute and not an addition but she did not redact the charge. Based on our experience at other starbucks there should not be an extra charge so it is disappointing from that perspective, especially after it was specifically mentioned.

Order the promotion Combination for $5. The worst Caffe Misto/ coffee from Starbucks ever. Make sure you provide the same quality while giving a discount away. I had to order another regular-price coffee and threw the Caffe Misto away!?
