We went to the Starbucks in Metro, we have been there a few times without issue, however, this time was different. There were 2 gentlemen working the counter, the person who took our order had an apron on with the name Jack(long hair) , he was extremely condescending and overtly rude, it was as if it were an inconvenience that we interrupted his conversation with the other person to take our order. It was an extremely unpleasant interaction.
The other gentleman is very nice, we have been helped by him before and is very kind and warm. Im sorry, I didn't ask your name.

This is the sloooowest drive thru location ever. I’ve tried to come at various times of the day but its insanely slow every single time. I waited 30 minutes the last time I was here and my baby woke up because the car wasn’t moving for so long. So I had to sit in there with a screaming baby in the back seat. Next time, I’ll just drive to the south end and drive back to the mall. Terrible. Another time, I mobile ordered oatmeal with milk and was given cold soupy raw oatmeal, it wasn’t cooked at all. Disappointing.

This starbucks is inside the metro but trust me the barista CASSIDY was amazing and made my drink so perfect the way i wanted, if you ever experience other Starbucks are out of stock the stuff you looking for, definitely try this one you will never regret, plus Cassidy will make your drink so perfect.

Noah always makes our drinks perfectly! They’re charismatic, have a great sense of humour, and know how to brighten our day. A barista as great as these is as rare as Gandalf the Grey.

Mistakes happen but this has happened a few times now from this location specifically. I pre-order my drink ahead of time and when I get there, the drink is made incorrectly. This time I caught it and went back in and she agreed and remade the drink, but it defeats the purpose of ordering in advance.

Waitress should be nicer! I asked for an extra caramel, she said rudely another time you need to pay extra charge. I would not mind paying, but I did not like the way she said it for less of a half of tea spoon of caramel.

They now prompt you for a tip at the DRIVE THROUGH. Seriously a multi billion dollar company is asking for a tip when you drive up to the window in your car. Money that won’t even go to the employees.Stupidest thing I’ve ever seen.Employees are nice as always though.
