Ordered a Cafe Misto here while I was embarking on a road trip. It wasn't until I was too far away to turn back that I tasted the Cafe Misto and realized it was not right. I could not drink it. It tasted like it was made with burnt coffee or something was just really off. Luckily we stopped at another Starbucks that was close by and they remade my drink free of charge and properly.

Usually don’t have a problem with the staff or products, but noticed my orders have been getting messed up more frequently the last few months... Especially more so since a new barista was hired. I’ve noticed my orders get messed up or my drink tastes bitter/bad when they’re working.

There was only one barista. I waited 18 minutes just to order, another 5 minutes for her to make my drink. Hire more trained people.

We only use this Starbucks when desperate as they rarely get an order right. Yesterday it was my $7 London fog without syrup. I basically paid for a glass of foamed milk 😡 You can’t even complain at the store level you have to fill out a 20 page questionnaire. Do better Starbucks on Paisley.

None of the entrances are usable. I went to two entrances, both said they were emergency exits only and that I should use another entrance. There didn’t appear to be one available on that side of the building so I left.

2 staff members, both had no idea which teas were caffeine free. Getting either of them to check was like pulling teeth.

Nice staff ordered an ice chai got a hot one kinda annoying

The staff was great, and the coffee was good. Only wish they had a separate door to the outside, but that's probably for the best with the problems that could entail.

After ordering...it took 16 minutes to get my order. Horrible service. The 3 employees seemed very overwhelmed with only a small amount of customers. Not likely to return anytime soon.

Really hard to find the entrance. Two sets of doors both locked that say use main entrance with no description of where. You can enter through Zehrs but never found their main entrance.

On the Starbucks app it says your location is open until 8pm. Why when I try to order a cup of tea at 7:51pm do you tell me you’re closed? It shouldn’t take 3 of you to clean up, collect garbage and count out the cash of a grocery store Starbucks. So not the customer service that you typically find at Starbucks.

Took them way too long to even acknowledge me being at the till. They were talking about their personal problems and service was very slow. I felt I inconvenienced they when they spoke to me. They also did not provide a promotional product as per their advertisement with a purchase.

It's Me

Gotta ask, I was in the Starbucks in the Guelph Zehers, just before it was closing, and I was curious what happens to all of the leftover food at the end of each night and I was told it is all put in the garbage, (even though Starbucks Canada has told the media and the public, for years, that they donate it to homeless shelters and food banks.) Why would you lie to everyone and just throw out perfectly good food, especially when soooo many Canadians are struggling with the insane rising cost of food these days, (and even worse, why don't you offer to let your staff take some home... you're only paying them a minimum wage, so it must be such a slap in the face to your staff.) SHAME ON YOU!

I had a good drink. The service was extremely slow. Not they're fault completely. They put a nub
ie and a seasoned worker by them selves. The worker had to stop making drinks everytime to help out the new person. I get it and I'm trying to be constructive maybe add a third person to help out.
