On the Starbucks app it says your location is open until 8pm. Why when I try to order a cup of tea at 7:51pm do you tell me you’re closed? It shouldn’t take 3 of you to clean up, collect garbage and count out the cash of a grocery store Starbucks. So not the customer service that you typically find at Starbucks.

Took them way too long to even acknowledge me being at the till. They were talking about their personal problems and service was very slow. I felt I inconvenienced they when they spoke to me. They also did not provide a promotional product as per their advertisement with a purchase.
Gotta ask, I was in the Starbucks in the Guelph Zehers, just before it was closing, and I was curious what happens to all of the leftover food at the end of each night and I was told it is all put in the garbage, (even though Starbucks Canada has told the media and the public, for years, that they donate it to homeless shelters and food banks.) Why would you lie to everyone and just throw out perfectly good food, especially when soooo many Canadians are struggling with the insane rising cost of food these days, (and even worse, why don't you offer to let your staff take some home... you're only paying them a minimum wage, so it must be such a slap in the face to your staff.) SHAME ON YOU!

I had a good drink. The service was extremely slow. Not they're fault completely. They put a nub
ie and a seasoned worker by them selves. The worker had to stop making drinks everytime to help out the new person. I get it and I'm trying to be constructive maybe add a third person to help out.

I had the worst experience at this location today. To start, today was $4 grande drink days. I went and ordered 3 grande drinks and tried to pay by scanning my visa card on the Starbucks app. Kayley the barista told me I was not able to use my app to scan. The total came to $24.00 when drinks are supposed to be $4… I had asked her why they weren’t $4 and Kayley said it’s because I didn’t scan my app. I in fact did try to scan my app and she told me I couldn’t?? I hope this isn’t a common experience at this location as this un friendly experience has made me not wanna come back.

Most annoying starbucks I ordered something and had to go through and around zehrs to even get it. Maps does not help locating at all. By the time I found it it was melted and not good anymore. Pick another location Avoid here at all costs.

I keep returning to this location, hoping it will be different because it is the nearest Starbucks to my house and work. On three separate occasions, I have ordered a grande brewed coffee, usually dark roast, but I’ve also done pike and by the time I get to my car and take my first sip, I realize it is lukewarm at best. 3 x is too many times!
Today I figured I’d get an iced Americano since I haven’t had luck with their brewed coffee and unfortunately, the coffee to water to ice ratio made it incredibly weak. This isn’t a Starbucks issue as I’ve had this drink and brewed coffee from Starbucks at other locations and been satisfied. This is specifically something going on with the baristas at this location.

5 stars for the service at this location! They go out of their way to serve. Staff are super nice and accommodating when I ask them to put on a pot of dark roast for me and it tastes great. Always have a nice chat with one of the ladies, will have to call her out to her manager when I find out her name.Otherwise sure it is a little kiosk location of a fast food franchise in a grocery store so you can't expect 5 star atmosphere or food.
