Nothing but lazy teens working here, drive thru is bad service, you ask them to do something specific they don't care cause they know you'll drive off anyways, fourth time employees have messed up my order and I'm sick of wasting 7 dollars to not turn around this time I asked for a refund and will not be coming back here ever again, take the extra time to go to the one in the mall indigo is always worth it

The staff are very friendly! Always quick to greet me and are always the most accommodating. They all work so hard and it's so nice seeing familiar faces when I go in!
Wheelchair accessibility: Tables can be moved around making it a nicer spot for a meeting. Whole establishment is the same floor level, lower counters.

It's a Starbucks. It is in its own building in the mall parking lot. Good hours - opens early. Well staffed. They have small tables with power outlets nearby if you want to work there. In the summer, if you plan on staying to work there, do bring a jacket. It's chilly in there! (Overly airconditioned?)
There is a lounge area with padded chairs for hanging out in too.

I came in to Starbucks yesterday. It wasn't busy at all. When I came in, a worker making drinks said hello. As I was waiting to place an order, about 4-5 workers were just standing there and did not acknowledge me. Finally, another worker, who was busy making a drink, came over to rang my order in.
As for my drink, it was made perfectly.

I would have given" -1" for my drive-thru experience I had yesterday, I ordered a mango dragonfruit refresher, and she gave me just a lemonade and was waiting for me to leave until I had to respond, "wait what are you giving me??" ?. To which she said "ooh... We are running out of dragon fruit slices..". How unprofessional and unethical was that to be okay with what she did. Paid for something else and as she was running out of her inventory, she didn't inform the customer anything and assumed it's okay to give away whatever she had at that time.. It's not Starbucks, it's a charity café.. .. Never going there..

Love this place. Had a bad experience at one of the other Starbucks in Guelph but the staff was amazing to me and made my drink that isn't everyones favourite with a smile and all they cared about was making me happy very rare nowadays. When you're new to the city it helps a lot when people are so friendly and nice. Whoever runs this store you must be doing everything right because you have a great staff!

Ordered on the app - 25 min wait for a latte!! Crazy! I had to cancel and wait for a refund. Their times are always bad but this was absurd. Go to the mall location - way faster.

Just went through drive thru and the barista blatantly ignored us in the drive thru when clearly missing a part of our order. Then after 5 minutes of her glancing over and then walking away, a completely different server came over as we waved our arms around to finally pass over the already packed item and gave us a rude look, no apology for the unnecessary wait. This is an unusual experience as generally the customer service is fine. However, the wait time in drive thru is usually very long. Quite frustrating to be treated disrespectfully after waiting for 20 minutes for 2 drinks and a brownie.
