Went there today at 9:20, 10 minutes before they closed. They told me that they were closed. I assumed that they closed at 9 but when I went to see if there were any open locations I saw that they didn't close for another 10 minutes.

I went at 8am on a Sunday, not busy compared to how busy a Starbucks can get. I’ve full on been forgotten about at this location other times. This time I got grande iced matcha with vanilla cold foam which came to $8 (insane) and when one of the baristas grabbed the ticket she scoffed and rolled her eyes. I got my drink and it had clumps of green powder in it, 3/4 was filled with ice and an inch gap at the top and no cold foam. By the time I realized I had left. Not impressed won’t be coming back.

I had ordered previously at this location and got no drizzle and cinnamon powder on my drink and now again I ordered the same drink to give them another try and got same missing ingredients on my drink .Also ordered to different pops and got a different one than I ordered.

I was here Sunday the 14th mid day and it was super busy with a massive drive thru line all the way to the mall and the team handled it AMAZINGLY! I don’t think I’ve seen people move so quickly but still have a smile on their face. The team here always has impeccable customer service even when they get slammed with a mid day rush. Favourite location by far ❤️

Visited Starbucks on a Saturday evening and had a disappointing experience. There were only two staff members working, and despite waiting for over 15 minutes, no one took our order or even acknowledged us. To make matters worse, some of the displayed food items had flies on them, which was very concerning. This is not the standard of hygiene or service I expect from Starbucks. Tim Hortons is the best ever!

Extremely slow , they spend more time chatting with each other so wait time are ridiculous, I visit a lot of Starbucks this one by far the most ridiculously longest wait times , and are often out of items ,
