I just had one of, if not, the BEST customer service at this subway. Not only did Sahil make my sub to absolute perfection as if it were a painting and he was an artist. He served us so quickly and so effortlessly with a huge smile on his face. Sahil even took the time and effort to mark out my sub so i didn’t accidentally open the wrong one. I was lost looking at the menu and he helped me find my way. If there is one man who embodies the values of subway it is him. He is the sub and he knows the way. Thank you Sahil

Our sandwich artist was on the same level f artistry as one of the greats. Michelangelo, Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, and Sahil from the subway on stone. If Sahil were to change professions, I would likely never attend a subway again. Sahil is a legend in the flesh. Perfect sub, perfect conversation, perfect man.

Twice now buns were stale…
I was there around 11pm tonight and there was an altercation between the staff member and two of the guest. The two guest wanted to sit down and the worker had politely informed them that the dining room part of the restaurant was closed. She explained to them almost 3 times that she has to start her close an hour earlier before their actual close time. This guest was nothing but rude and disrespectful towards her when she tried explaining over and over again. I wanted to leave a review to let her know she did a great job in dealing with the guest and she did everything right. It’s unbelievable the way some people think they can treat others!!

We ordered at 11:00 PM, even though the closing time was 12:00 AM. The staff member told us they start closing one hour early, which doesn’t make sense for a restaurant open until midnight. The grill machine was working, but she claimed it wasn’t and didn’t mention that before making our order. When we politely asked for her name, she refused and said, “None of your business.” Very unprofessional behavior and disappointing experience.

I was honestly wanting a sub so bad for lunch today. I walked in and wasn’t greeted looked at or acknowledged and I was the only person in there. The male employee has a female making the bread for the afternoon. Felt like she was a manger which was wierd to see her just let this happen. He didn’t say hi or nothing until I stared back and just simply waited. (That should not be the case ANYWHERE). I ended up throwing the sub out after the first bite. It was disgusting. I felt like I was going to get sick. I ordered a premium sub too not the cheap ones. Put the smallest amount of veggies I chose on top and didn’t want to ask for more cuz he was already being rude. Do NOT recommend coming here and I think no one in there at lunch time on a Friday was def a sign I should have picked up sooner. Just go somewhere else, anywhere else.

Terrible service from Benji her name is this lady didn't want to put extra vegetables on my order ...it's free toppings how much you want she said no you cannot have more vegetables after I asked for more lettuce and cucumbers it's terrible service no one should go to this location very very poor people she doesn't want to give a few extra cucumbers who ever is the owner should consider not hiring people that say no to veggies in two steak and cheese subs clearly I ordered online and it says MORE ON MY TOPPINGS ....NEVER RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION 👎🏻
After hearing the person in front of me ask for more lettuce (yes, lettuce) and change their mind about the cucumber because they were so dry, I ordered a footlong Canadian classic. I also had to ask for more toppings including tomatoes. They are definitely using little roma tomatoes to cut costs instead of beefsteak. It's guaranteed now that you're going to have to ask for more toppings which makes for an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience.
And they were all out of the Canadian cheddar.
It's sad to see a favourite go downhill. Will not be returning.
I had very very very bad experience in this store last week. There was an Indian girl who made our sub but she was so hell, she behaved like egoistic lady. She were not even listening to us while making our order and making weird faces. Its about last friday when i visit there about 8-9pm with my husband. I hope the owner of this restaurant will check this matter and take it seriously. Because this behaviour towards customers is not acceptable at all. They can hire new people with good customer services skils rather than this egoistic woman. It was second time when she did same. And when we ask to add veggies in the sub she behaved like hell. She didn't listen and just put everything according to her choice. I request the owner to take this matter into account as its very wrong of your employes to behave like this to ur customers. And to that lady who was making order, i just want to say please if u do not feel like working then take rest at home and do not treat anyone like this ever again.
Went to pick up an online order for me and a friend... I was ignored immediately even though I could see our order done and waiting on the counter.
Waited anyway to be polite, it was clear they were busy and dealing with food delivery people ahead of me.
Finally my presence was slightly acknowledged and was told it would be a 25+ min wait.

Does being a woman mean being ignored I wonder??? That's how it felt in a shop full of only men.
I was never asked if I was there to pickup so I had to be aggressive and say my order should already be done and ready for pickup. I could see it on the counter getting cold.
Was then hassled about presenting an email confirmation even though I had the name, order and #.
Please treat your female customers better.
