Everyone knows the onion issue right ??
Like if you ask for onions on your 6”, you’ll end up with half an onion….. well let me tell you
Mehak made my sandwhich literally perfect.
The portion control of everything on my sub was literally perfect.
The service was just as good as the sub.
Terrible service from Benji her name is this lady didn't want to put extra vegetables on my order ...it's free toppings how much you want she said no you cannot have more vegetables after I asked for more lettuce and cucumbers it's terrible service no one should go to this location very very poor people she doesn't want to give a few extra cucumbers who ever is the owner should consider not hiring people that say no to veggies in two steak and cheese subs clearly I ordered online and it says MORE ON MY TOPPINGS ....NEVER RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION 👎🏻
After hearing the person in front of me ask for more lettuce (yes, lettuce) and change their mind about the cucumber because they were so dry, I ordered a footlong Canadian classic. I also had to ask for more toppings including tomatoes. They are definitely using little roma tomatoes to cut costs instead of beefsteak. It's guaranteed now that you're going to have to ask for more toppings which makes for an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience.
And they were all out of the Canadian cheddar.
It's sad to see a favourite go downhill. Will not be returning.
I had very very very bad experience in this store last week. There was an Indian girl who made our sub but she was so hell, she behaved like egoistic lady. She were not even listening to us while making our order and making weird faces. Its about last friday when i visit there about 8-9pm with my husband. I hope the owner of this restaurant will check this matter and take it seriously. Because this behaviour towards customers is not acceptable at all. They can hire new people with good customer services skils rather than this egoistic woman. It was second time when she did same. And when we ask to add veggies in the sub she behaved like hell. She didn't listen and just put everything according to her choice. I request the owner to take this matter into account as its very wrong of your employes to behave like this to ur customers. And to that lady who was making order, i just want to say please if u do not feel like working then take rest at home and do not treat anyone like this ever again.
Went to pick up an online order for me and a friend... I was ignored immediately even though I could see our order done and waiting on the counter.
Waited anyway to be polite, it was clear they were busy and dealing with food delivery people ahead of me.
Finally my presence was slightly acknowledged and was told it would be a 25+ min wait.
Huh?
Does being a woman mean being ignored I wonder??? That's how it felt in a shop full of only men.
I was never asked if I was there to pickup so I had to be aggressive and say my order should already be done and ready for pickup. I could see it on the counter getting cold.
Was then hassled about presenting an email confirmation even though I had the name, order and #.
Please treat your female customers better.
Worst place in Guelph. I would not like to give even a single star to this place. I ordered online 2 footlong toasted & grilled subs and the employee with turban, name shahil did not grilled it. When I ask for it, he said we are not allowed to grill if there is more than 5 toppings. I asked the reason, he said our manager ask us to do this as we need to keep changing the grill paper if we grill subs with more toppings. Totally bullshit & ridiculous. But since I drove there 10 kms to get a subs, I compromised on that and took the subs and came back home. When I open the subs at home, it was different bread than what I ordered. So, I called them and the same guy shahil, picked up, I told them everything and his reply shocked me. He said, it’s just a bread, we were out of the bread you ordered. This is insane. Who the hell is that guy deciding which bread I should eat. He should ask me or atleast need to inform me when I went to store to pick up. He did not and just assumed that I will be okay with any bread. Totally, Bullshit service. When I told him that you should have at least inform me about this when I was in store, and he stated speaking lie and arguing by saying it takes 3-4 hours to make a bread. He is assuming that I don’t about it and he can say whatever he want. Everything is available online and everyone knows how long it takes to make a bread at subway. Fully disappointed with this place, customer service and store manager as well. It was my first and last order to this place, never going back to this store again. Also, will inform friends and relatives to avoid visiting this store. Manager needs yo take strict action and atleast teach and train their employees about customer service and also how to behave with customers.
Worst subway I visited. The staff don’t cares for you at all. Don’t visit here .
Service was absolutely amazing, Kulbir was super nice and patient with our orders. Helped us scan our points and discounts on the app. Was kind to receive extra sauces as needed and recommendations for toppings. As someone not used to ordering Subway I didint feel rushed at all, great experience overall. Very tasty, thank you.
Neither god nor lucifer could compel me to return to this restaurant location
Really? You think I ordered sub sauce and wanted the barest, flavourless, nothing sub?

Yeah i just came in here today for lunch until it got ruined i got a old bread idk when it was from and it had some raw cucumbers or onions im guessing cucumbers look for the attachment below never coming here again idk what happened to their service and standards the one at 987 gordon is the best
Went in tonight to grab subs with my gf and pointed out to the employee that the tuna (which was discoloured and dried out), had a bunch of shredded cheese in the container with it. (I have a dairy allergy and stated this). The employee working said it was fine, despite, and went to put it on the bread… I told her I’d like something different instead, and then when I looked at the veggie toppings I noticed a lot of it looked like it had been sitting out a while. It was browning and dried out also. I pointed that out to the employee as well and said I’m concerned that some of the vegetables need to be changed out, and she glared at me and moved on to the next customer without responding. When she came back she asked what I was doing and I said I’m not comfortable eating here because it’s clear some things have gone bad and need to be changed out with new product. So I told my gf that we should just go, and when we went to leave the employee yelled at us telling us no, that we had to pay because they started our order. My gf was nervous so she paid, and then we left. I’ve put in an official complaint with Subway, and will be taking further steps if we receive no response. I can’t remember the last time I’ve been treated so poorly, and rudely… I’m seeing a lot of similar complaints about this same employee — clearly management needs to look into these issues.
We were hosting a luncheon and fireside chat at the university. The meal we had arranged initially cancelled last minute and everyone was already on the road. Subway graciously agreed to help us out, and had the food ready in LOTS of time for us to pick up on our way to the event- even called to say that it was done early!! We are so thankful that the staff went out of their way to help, and everything was a success. Thank you so much!

Messed up my mobile order twice. Workers were impatient, slow, and ignored me when I asked for extra vegetables on the sub. Toaster wasn't very hot, had to ask for it to be toasted a second time and it still wasn't very toasted.

If you're out of something five hours before you close, you MAKE MORE, you don't just hand over the wrong item with a shrug.
