We were hosting a luncheon and fireside chat at the university. The meal we had arranged initially cancelled last minute and everyone was already on the road. Subway graciously agreed to help us out, and had the food ready in LOTS of time for us to pick up on our way to the event- even called to say that it was done early!! We are so thankful that the staff went out of their way to help, and everything was a success. Thank you so much!
Why do the servers at this outlet wrap the subs so tightly that the buns are mashed and soggy when I get home 5 minutes later? Our subs looked nothing like the sandwiches in your website's photos. You wouldn't give customers broken crmbled cookies, would you?
I came to this store other day and the service by Shabnam was excellent, she suggested me the vegetarian option as well and she was very polite and humble. She is a great sandwich artist.
