Went to this subway and the manager wouldn't allow me to buy just the bread bun. Went to another subway and it was no problem to get the bun. I've also bought just the bun from other subways too so why doesn't this location allow it? Also they never have meatball marinara ready whenever I go at lunch.

Ordered on app they still got it wrong. Sandwich was dry AF, asked for extra mayo, got none on both sandwiches. Don't order anything online from this place. In store is fine because they are told what to do. But reading is not for them. Tried calling, no answer for over an hour. I quit trying. This place sucks at customer service.

The person who made my order sounded rude. Seemed like he was annoyed there was a customer and rushed it. The food was good both quality and taste, staff not so much.

I'm always satisfied with a tasty sub the way I like it, but the manager at this Subway needs some lessons in customer service.

Dropped in earlier this week for a quick bite and sure, I like my sub made a little different than the "Corporate Build" but the guy making it had nothing but negative comments about how I like my sub. Really? If you're going to be customer facing, try this:
1) Smile
2) Be attentive
3) Facilitate customer requests
4) Make the Sub the way the customer wants it
5) Don't refer to your 20 years of experience doing the same thing day after day doing your "job" if the customer asks for special requests.
Pretty easy, right?

Perhaps it's time for you to provide service and respect. In an economy of service with endless choices, this restaurant is a huge fail... and as the manager, you of all people should understand the value of repeat customers.

Skip this location. Try the Willow location, or better yet, visit Mr. Sub at Willow and Speedvale. THEY know service!

The employees are really loud when they talk and it's just awkward. Fountain drinks don't really look like they were cleaned because there's black spots in the ice. Tried to bring it up and they acted like I was crazy.

Listen, it's Subway. Not a 5 star restaurant. Subs prices have increased with inflation but it is what it is. About $15 for a well dressed sub. They have rice bowls and wraps as well. Updated store interior is quiet nice. Never had an issue with a bad order or unpleasant employee. There open until 10 pm if your hungry late. Always my go if I'm hungry at night.

People working here are so unprofessional, especially the old guy working here today- “Manpreet” I believe his name tag was. He was not only rude but also lied that they don’t have multigrain bread, when i saw they used it for the online order. Also, he not only messed with my order, but also insisted me to wait for long at his store. Never support this kind business, they don’t deserve our loyalty!!!!I wish i could give negative rating!!

Seems like a strange place to leave a review but this is the best subway I have ever been to. The freshest ingredients and the employees are not scared to load up your sub. Love this place!
