I have been to all the subways in guelph and the 2 lady's working at 4pm on july17th made them the best out of all the stores

they had only half of a serving of my wrap charged me full price and still charged me extra for some bacon and avocado. which I added in place of only half of my egg won't stop there again. my other regular subways would have been more forgiving they are at kortright and the other at Claire Rd

Put in an online order (forget wallet)while sitting in the restaurant there was one person in line. 3 more people came in after my order was in. Staff proceeds to help every single person in line before making my sub. Took 15 min to get a sub . Staff need to be trained on doing orders in order.

I work next door and eat at this Subway a few times a week. The service is always excellent, and the food is consistently fresh. Today, I had a special request—my daughter has a presentation for her business class, similar to a Shark Tank pitch, and she chose Subway as her business to promote. We needed some Subway swag, so I came over and spoke with the manager. They kindly reached out to the owner, and shortly after, I received a call saying to come over—they had some items for my daughter.
A huge thank you to the owner for approving this, and to all the staff for being so helpful and accommodating! We truly appreciate it, and we’ll be sure to update you on how her presentation goes.

I ordered my sub online using the application and then got caught up with work. It was over an hour before I actually went to pick it up. Once I arrived the lady offered to reheat my sub. I thought that was nice and a step above what most subway restaurants would offer to do. Way to go!
It was my worst experience with subway. The female employee named Manpreet was so rude and literally yelled at us when we just asked for more than 4 sauces and gave unnecessary attitude for nothing!! I’ve been to other subways in different cities and they have no problem with that. I visited this location before as well and i never encountered such problems or such a terrible staff situation. You just lost a customer!!!!!
