You killed this location for me. The thing about subway is you can order how you like. So I love mustard. But not like the staff at this location, apparently. We specifically ordered our subs online with LESS mustard, knowing the team is generous with it.Staff proceeded to make mustard sandwich and I had to wipe it off the outside of the sub, and wash my hands before eating. It poured out all over while I ate. Please fix this mustard issue or squeeze the bottle less hard.

Not satisfied with the food quantity is so less compare to other subway. And the worst part of this subway is they closed at 11pm and we arrived there at 10:15pm but then also they won’t allow us to sit and eat there. The employee were asking us to take out ??

I had an awful experience with an employee at this location. She had headphones in her ears so I had to repeat myself multiple times, which I didn’t mind doing. Towards the end of the interaction I asked for garlic aïoli and she put bbq sauce. I am a vegetarian and cannot eat bbq sauce as it often contains meat and meat products so I asked her to remake the sandwich as she had messed up. Rather than try to fix the situation she argued with me, saying that I said bbq sauce. Now I have been ordering the same sandwich for years and have never put bbq sauce since I can’t eat it. It got to the point that I was ready to just pay for the sandwich and throw it out because I didn’t enjoy arguing with her. Eventually another customer stepped in because I was in tears and he aided in getting the situation resolved. Overall awful service, employees should never have headphones in while working and should be treating their customers better. I will never be returning to this location.

Rude srvice.Worst customer service received from all the subways I have visited in the world. Me and my wife went there around 9.30 pm to get some food. There was no any other customer inside the shop. But the girl who was there was very rude and very angry for no reason. I felt like She was about to throw the food to my face for nothing. We did nothing wrong. I felt so bad and definitely i won't go there again.
