If i could only give a Zero, Subway standards have been dropped when it comes to customer service and this location makes it a statement. As soon as you walk in the store, you feel unwelcome as no sense of greeting. I placed an online order and walked in the store just to listen SIT DOWN from the lady preparing my sub. I said im fine i like to stand and will see you make the subway. She said it again and again. She was not wearing a hairnet with her hair all out and messy. Which is very unhygienic and disgusting. After i asked for a manager to address the issue. VERY BLUNTLY she is said, i am the manager i do not care what you have to say. Then i just stood and waited for my sub as clearly they do not have customer value.
Do no recommend to anyone to even step in a unprofessional/ unhygienic place like this…

Extremely Disappointing Experience
I’ve been a loyal Subway customer for years, but this location gave me the worst experience I've ever had. I placed a mobile order today and just wanted to let the cashier know that I like my sandwich extra "saugy" (with more sauces). Instead of politely handling my request, the cashier rudely interrupted me, saying, "Please don’t tell us anything, we can read your order, and if you want to change anything, I’ll cancel your order."
Not only was his attitude completely unprofessional, but he also ruined my sub. I specifically requested it to be toasted, yet he gave it to me without toasting. When I mentioned that I was ordering through the mobile app, his facial expressions became rude, and he even claimed that the owner instructed them to talk to customers this way.
This is NOT how you treat paying customers. We bring business to your store, and in return, we expect decent service, not this kind of treatment. I've visited many Subway locations, but this is by far the worst.
To the owner: If you want to grow your business, you need to educate your staff on customer service. They don’t even know how to talk to people with respect. You’ve lost me as a customer, and I’ll never be returning to this store.

I eat here very often. I spend an hour in the store for lunch. The staff are so friendly. I've never had a bad order. They keep the store very clean and have always delivered on time. These folks are so nice, they have gone above and beyond for me when they didn't have to. I have nothing but positive things to say about this location ❤️

They never change their gloves while switching the orders,they don’t care either you are vegetarian or not, either you eat meat or not also they use old and soggy bread. Staff their are very fake trying to be nice by passing fake smiles to everyone

Worst experience ever. Viren is the manager who doesnt know how to cut sandwich in 3 equal pieces. When i said the sandwich is broken, he gave me the knife and asked me to show him how to cut it. Is that the way you talk to any customer.He also was rude to me and other customers who were in the line also heard what type of rude that person is.Never ever going back to this place and such uneducated and disrespectful people like him will run store in the ground.

Never go at this place. The guy manager serving food ,had no any work and said us to wait 20-30 mins without any reason. What the wrong with this guy, he even don't know how to give customer care service and how to talk with customers.
