This subway is by far the worst subway I have ever been to in my life, the ingredients were frozen, the onions were more like pickled onions; staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there, bread was disgusting, everything about this deserves a 1 star.

I’ve always been a fan of Subway! It’s very consistent across locations, it’s always been a go-to takeout option for me. Unfortunately, this location made a sandwich so gross that I no longer like Subway at all.. Not even just this location, but Subway in general. I’m disappointed to have lost one of my favourite takeout options, there’s just a certain smell/taste that I can’t disassociate now when I walk into a Subway. Just forever thinking of that icky slimy sandwich ?

Tried to save some time yesterday and got one of the bowls (without checking previous reviews - my bad). The dry, undercooked rice should have been my warning but now I'm in pain at 2am so my body can violently purge this meal from my system. Maybe eat somewhere else.

The girl named P. Kaur gave us the zero service. plz find a another job if you are not happy serving. First of all her tone is so rude…we visited on saturday june 27 at 7:46 pm she told us she has only white bread. she was not happy seeing us there…then i asked if she can grill our sandwich she didn’t even the grill was on…then our plan was to sit and enjoy and she said dine in is closed even one person was already sitting there……..worst service ever.

Worst subway ever seen, the attitude of employee is so high even she is preparing food with angry mood. Even though there is cross contamination with their cutlery they are using the non vegetarian knife with vegetarians food. I suggest do not visit find a better place than this one so upset.

It’s always the same girl working the counter and she always makes the sandwich absolutely terrible (how do you even mess up a sandwich?). Not to mention terrible customer service skills. Wouldn’t recommend anyone order from here. Waste of time and money.

The store has lots of potential, but the girl who served today January 19, she is server # 67 she wasn't friendly, took more than 5 minutes to assist us.....was at the back room doing lots of noise. Here comes the worse, the spinach, the lettuce and cucumbers were already bad, looked soggy, not fresh ........ rotten speaking about the spinach. When I ask her why was she putting those in my subway, she refused to put a new bag saying " I just put it this morning", though everything where just the remainings at the bottom of the stainless steel containers. In the end, she went and grabbed new bags of fresh vegetables but never even changed the containers. She just added more on top of the bad one. She was very unprofessional, and it looks like she needs more customer service training, but most importantly, a food handling course. Keep an eye on this store, because these will keep us away from coming to this store.
