Order online when order was completed said to pick up in 1 hour? All I ordered was 2 subs. Was told I could not cancel call head office. Asked to speak to a manager was told there is not 1 available. I than asked who owned that store and she hung up on me. Whoever the woman working at 2pm on February 24 2026 is the one I had the experience with. When I call back continuing to cancel the order they do not answer

This is the 3rd time I have ordered off their website and the 3rd time I have been disappointed in my order. This is supposed to be a Great Canadian Club with 2x cheese....not so much, there is hardly a tsp full. Asked for extra olives, got maybe 5. Ordered Italian Herb and Cheese and Toasted and neither of which is done The bread I did get was stale.. Pick another place....I called and they told me, the customer, that I was wrong and everything was prepared correctly with no solution. Never again!

Subway is my favorite takeout, but the employees need to be retrained here. I was ordering four subs and they made it all at once and mixed everything up. The toppings were barely enough even when I asked for extra.

Just ordered lunch to have delivered and wow, the worst sub I had ever eaten. Pizza sub with barely any pepperoni meat and basically no friggin' sauce. Didn't even taste cheese or onions. So sad. Extremely disappointed with this Eramosa Subway store.

Just wondering if you guys actually care about delivery or your services in general. Every time I order from here the quality of the food is absolute garbage. I just came from a third world country and the food was better than what I just bought now. My bread was stale. Not toasted the meatballs were not cooked properly and you guys just threw everything together like it was a piece of trash.. maybe do your jobs properly if you want to work in this industry. This is absolutely garbage service.

Placed online order successfully just after 9:00pm as online order placement cut-out time was 9:30 - pickup time set to 9:40pm 28th Dec, arrived but store was closed. Store close time was 10:00pm and order was accepted.
