Omgoodness just got a 4$ sandwich I like them it's just enough for me. The bread today was hard a rock I get these a few times a week at other locations would not even bite into it definitely day old bread or 2 day old. Also have received unfresh cookies from this location

Despite placing a mobile order, staff were working on a large catering order, leaving the manager having to jump in to make my sub, that was suppose to be ready for pick up but wasn't, and I had to wait extra long, because they confused the priority of which order was time sensitive.

Every subway lets me substitute turkey for ham in the Italian bmt except for this location. Makes it such a hassle with attitude as well. I will not be coming back to this location ever.

Not a Good experience!!! I love Subway and today I decided to visit this Subway on Eramosa road, guelph. First of all, staff is not at all welcoming, it felt like they didn’t want me to be there as they will now have to make my sandwich/Sub. All the veggies I asked for were lettuce, onions, spinach and black olives and she added 4 olives in total and 4 spinach leaves and 3 onion slices(single layer), some lettuce. Asked for 3 sauce and she added 1 thin line of each. Then I asked for her to add salf and pepper and she just shook the bottle once on my sandwich and I guess there salt and pepper bottle had no holes or were blocked. Bread so like a sponge. I saw they had dozens of bread already backed a s stored on racks. And subway claims “we bake our bread fresh”.My sandwich was saltless, sauceless, veggie-less, chewy bread. I hated it. I gums started hurting when I finished half of it and had to throw it.Owner of this location, please look in to this your employee’s are eating up your business!! This is a friendly advice from other fast food franchise owner. CheersAvoid going to this location but if you go and have bad experience please try and talk to owner.
