The servers are quite rude and grumble under their breath. You have to ask to add more toppings because they're stingy. I ate in and they left an obnoxious beeping noise go on for over 15 minutes without a care for how annoying that is for their dine in customers.

Great subway if the owner/manager isn't around.
I've ordered twice from here recently. The first time was during the day when it was very busy and it looked like the owner was there. The sub barely had anything on it and all it tasted of was bread.
The second time was an hour before closing and only a single employee was there. The sub was fantastic, it was loaded with toppings but lacked sauce (maybe because the sauces are checked daily for how much the employees use).
I'd avoid this subway as theres no real consistency and it's run on a strict ship (why I gave 3/5 stars).

Horrible. Went and got the footlong nachos and was given Doritos and veggies lol
The skimpiest amount of cheese ever and the staff blatantly don’t care to be there or properly service people.

This subways is the closest to me so I usually have to go to this one. But everytime I go in the bathroom is closed off and only aloud to be used for emergency purposes?
A pregnant women wanting dinner shouldnt have to beg to be aloud to use a bathroom that is meant for customers?
Using the bread holder to block the entire hallway so you cant even go to the bathroom. Its absolutely mind blowing.
Best location ever I have been to! Always serves the fresh breads and toppings. The staff is quite friendly and makes sure that they meet your expectations to the best of their abilities. I would recommend to buy from this location.
Quite disappointed with the BLT Wrap I purchased this evening. Paid essentially for a tortilla with sauce, 3 pieces of bacon, 2 slices of cheese, 3 slices of poor quality cucumber, approximately 4 small slices of green pepper, and 5 pieces of spinach.... what. The. Heck ?!
This is on a 16 inch tortilla.
I have NEVER seen a Subway be so stingy with their toppings. I have ordered this wrap many times from Subway in Milton and I have NEVER seen something so pitiful.
Sadly, I will most definitely not be back- I will take my business to Jersey Mike's with their superior business and product.
Terrible staff, completely unhelpful and rude — really bad experience.
I went to this Subway planning to place an order through the app because I needed to include an important allergy-related instruction.
I asked the staff in person if I could explain it, and they told me to only put it in the app comments.
So, I sat right there, placed the order through the app, and made sure her sub do not have jalapenos as my wife allergic to jalapeños.
+ mentioned other instructions in order (which were also not followed)
Despite that, the staff started adding jalapeños to the footlong.
I stopped her politely, and instead of fixing it, she snapped at me, saying I should go home, check the order, and only complain afterward — that I had no right to speak up while she was making it.
Absolutely shocking behavior.
If I’m standing there and see you making a mistake on my order — especially involving a food allergy — I should be able to say something.
Never coming back here.
+ sending complaint to head office.
Absolutely Disgusting Hygiene & Rude Staff – Subway Needs to Fix This!
I visited this Subway location between 5:45 - 6:15 PM (March 12) and had one of the worst experiences ever. The employee handling my vegetarian sandwich showed zero regard for hygiene or basic food safety.
While my sub was in the toaster, she started cleaning the boards (both vegetarian and non-vegetarian) and washing knives—without even bothering to change her gloves. After touching multiple dirty surfaces, she was ready to continue handling food like nothing happened.
When I called her out and asked her to change her gloves, she did so with an attitude, rolling her eyes and arguing instead of taking responsibility. She even had the audacity to say that they “WE TOUCH EVERYTHING WITH THE SAME GLOVES, including meat, and that changing gloves wasn’t necessary”. So, in her own words, this Subway doesn’t care about cross-contamination, dietary preferences, or basic hygiene.
This is absolutely disgusting, and the fact that Subway allows staff like this to handle food is unacceptable. Proper hygiene and customer respect should be non-negotiable, but apparently, this location doesn’t care. Subway needs to train its staff properly or replace them with people who actually understand food safety.
Do better, Subway! This is completely unacceptable.
I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the service I received at this store on March 12th around 6 PM. I ordered three footlong sandwiches and requested that they be toasted. However, the experience took a concerning turn when the Sandwich Artist began cleaning whiteboards and washing her hands while still wearing gloves. After turning off the tap water, she did not change her gloves before continuing to prepare my order, despite the fact that only a few seconds remained before the toasting was complete.
I politely asked her to change her gloves, and she responded in a dismissive manner, as though my request was unreasonable. She even suggested that if I was so concerned about food safety, I shouldn’t be eating at Subway, as they use the same gloves to touch both meat and vegetables. This was a deeply unprofessional and inappropriate response, as I was simply asking for basic hygiene practices to be followed.
Moreover, when I asked for her name to address the issue properly, she refused to provide it. To make matters worse, she did not have a name tag, despite the fact that it is standard for Subway employees to wear one while working. When I pointed this out, she attempted to justify it, but her explanation was neither satisfactory nor acceptable.
In contrast, when I visited another Subway location, the staff there consistently changed gloves between touching different food items, as they should. This kind of behavior and lack of attention to food safety is simply not acceptable, and I expect a better standard of service at all Subway locations.
I trust that you will take this matter seriously and implement the necessary changes to ensure that this does not happen again. Maintaining proper hygiene is crucial to both customer safety and the reputation of your brand.
The food is okay however the employees working on 1st March 2025 around 5pm were rude and not attentive. They were extremely disinterested in their job or making the food. Would never come back to this branch again. She was just throwing in stuff and making faces when I asked her to grill it. If this this earn more money they need to get rid of them.

It should be grilled and toasted, its the same from last 2 months, still you can’t fixed the machine??
Service was so bad
I always order from this location as they make the best sub in the town and all the staff members are very friendly, especially Nav who made my sandwich according to my instructions.
Best location ever I have been to
