Great experience at Subway! The girl employee Kajal was very friendly, polite, and helpful. She made my order exactly how I wanted and served with a smile. Her service was fast and clean. Very happy with her work. Keep it up!

I went in to purchase two $25 gift cards. There was a deal that said buy $50 worth of gift cards and receive a free foot long sub. The cashier would only put the cards through on separate transactions, which meant I wouldn’t receive the promotion. When I inquired about it, she was insistent that she couldn’t put the cards on one transaction and that I had to purchase $50 on one card to receive the transaction. I pointed out the sign said “gift cards” and not “a $50 gift card”. I decided to try at a different store, where they had no issue putting the gift cards through on one transaction and providing the QR code for the promotion. It seems the staff aren’t well trained or are purposely trained to deal with transactions in a way to not provide promotions that can take away from their bottom line.

Sharing my experience with this location from last two months. Service and the speed sits on top of each other. Been ordering from mobile app and always get my food ready to pickup never waited. Those girls working afternoon really hardworking ones.

Ordered online for pick up. Ordered 3 separate subs, ask for all sauce on the side. Only got one of the sauces.. When I went back in to ask for the rest, they lady told me she put it all in one container. I told her they were 3 separate subs. As I should get 3 separate sauces. She was very annoyed that I asked for the rest of what I order. She gave me 2 more if the sauces that I already order but only filled the 1/4 of the containers.. the subs had next to nothing on them. Would not recommend going here. I would drive a little bit farther to get a better sub and customer service.

The servers are quite rude and grumble under their breath. You have to ask to add more toppings because they're stingy. I ate in and they left an obnoxious beeping noise go on for over 15 minutes without a care for how annoying that is for their dine in customers.

Great subway if the owner/manager isn't around.

I've ordered twice from here recently. The first time was during the day when it was very busy and it looked like the owner was there. The sub barely had anything on it and all it tasted of was bread.

The second time was an hour before closing and only a single employee was there. The sub was fantastic, it was loaded with toppings but lacked sauce (maybe because the sauces are checked daily for how much the employees use).

I'd avoid this subway as theres no real consistency and it's run on a strict ship (why I gave 3/5 stars).
