Ordered one footlong from this franchise. Applied the coupon but it in order history it was showing only one. Called the restaurant told them about it. They confirmed that coupon has been applied but showing one. But refused to give me another foot long. I told them to cancel the order but refused it as well. Horrible customer service very rude staff.

Takes his time to serve you when you get in, then doesn't have half the cheese he has posted and even charges extra for mozzarella but isn't posted, he does the cash out before you get the toppings to get you to tip, then you have to say more of this more of that because he doesn't put much on and thinks extra topping is one or two of the topping, after which he will give you just a wrapped sub no bag no napkin and doesn't even ask if dine in or out all while he has a air pod in so maybe he can't hear you anyways. I Really don't recommend this subway unless you want to feel cheated on what you get. I will say it's just him whenever I have been in but after today won't be back.

probably the worst subway in canada ngl i came in i told him ill order online and i ordered and kept waiting 10 minutes later i see m y order was cancelled 10 minutes ago and he didnt even told me i was very hungry and had to go to work and was on break for lunch sadly no lunch that day for me worst subway in guelph/canada POSITIVELY DO NOT GO THEIR.

My recent Subway visit was terrible. The staff was slow and disinterested, the ingredients were wilted and questionable, and the store was dirty. My poorly assembled sandwich just added to the overall disappointment. He doesn't give veggies and sauce in more quantities. I won't be going back.

By far the worst Subway across the entire country. The staff are terrible to their guests and I had to walk to mid sandwich!! I had an amazing time across the street at Pita Pit so you should just go there instead!

The worker on a Wednesday afternoon in this place seems like he doesn’t want to work at all. We asked for our sub to be toasted but he didn’t. We asked nicely but he ignored our request and made our sub quickly and doesn’t even put it in a to go bag. Very disappointed. Poor service.
