I bought cookies and subway for myself and told her to heat up my cookies but she told me no n said its freshly baked but still i needed my cookies to be heated. And the sub was ok ok not that great!! Bad service by the staff

The sandwich was really horrible, the bread was really hard. The girl making my sandwich, Gracie was very rude to me. It felt as if she intentionally ruined my sandwich. No greetings or customer service, she barely looked at me. I could not chew that sandwich. Worst experience of my life
After multiple bad experiences, i am writing this review. Staff is very casual, and donât pay attention to the details of the order. Over- roasting of subs, inconsistent preparation, ingredients mismatch are some of the main issues. It happened exactly the same with my wife, no coincidence. I believe that most of my orders were served by Gracy, if I am pronouncing her name correctly!
Edit - i now see that this location has so many bad reviews. Especially about the casual behaviour of the staff.

Unfortunately this location is a miss. I started driving to the other subway on Gordon instead because of the service here. When I go in, it takes them over a few minutes to acknowledge me, and they are not friendly at all. In fact, I feel like a bother every time I come to this Subway.
