Unfortunately, the quality of this Subway location has significantly decreased over the years. The past few times I've visited, a lot of the lettuce was brown and you could tell that some of the ingredients weren't the freshest. As well, I've noticed that the portions seemed smaller when compared to other locations, specifically for the bowls. The employees are friendly and patient, however the food quality is not the greatest.

Hey guys, whatâs the point of pre-ordering when youâre only going to print the receipt and start preparing WHEN I ARRIVE TO PICK UP? We are asked to select a time slot because itâs important to have the food ready in time. People have places to be and you canât even have something ready on time. 5-7 mins is understandable, things happen. But 20-30 mins late? You really need to improve your customer service experience. The restaurant wasnât even busy. If youâre going to use the excuse that you get delivery orders and app orders, the âsandwich artistsâ were not occupied making anyone elseâs order. In fact, another customer was irate about their order also not being prepared in time. At least have some service skills to communicate with customers. Things really need to change here
