The sandwich was really horrible, the bread was really hard. The girl making my sandwich, Gracie was very rude to me. It felt as if she intentionally ruined my sandwich. No greetings or customer service, she barely looked at me. I could not chew that sandwich. Worst experience of my life

After multiple bad experiences, i am writing this review. Staff is very casual, and don’t pay attention to the details of the order. Over- roasting of subs, inconsistent preparation, ingredients mismatch are some of the main issues. It happened exactly the same with my wife, no coincidence. I believe that most of my orders were served by Gracy, if I am pronouncing her name correctly!

Edit - i now see that this location has so many bad reviews. Especially about the casual behaviour of the staff.

The girl working there doesn’t know how to make a sub. I asked to charge my phone and she refused rudely as well. Get a new employee subway she is too hard on customers

Unfortunately this location is a miss. I started driving to the other subway on Gordon instead because of the service here. When I go in, it takes them over a few minutes to acknowledge me, and they are not friendly at all. In fact, I feel like a bother every time I come to this Subway.

There were two ladies working and the one who made my order has some attitude issues. Zero customer service no greeting nothing and on the top she tried really hard to have fake accent? and was ugly faces which is not a part of their job!

pretty decent place, not too busy and you can expect your sub in under 5 minutes, the one downside is that there is about a 5 percent chance they mess up your order. was not a fun experience unexpectedly biting into a stack on jalapenos, but most of the time its great.

I visited there and staff were shouting on each other badly. And the lady who was making my order, made the weird faces. They don’t know how to give service to the customer. It’s not always about the quality.

HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. DO NOT GO HERE.
Staff do not greet you they're busy talking to each other instead..so much that they kept asking and forgettibg that i ordered. Did not change gloves either. The employee talking so rude not listening properly and what customer says they have to do it right the one lady is so rude she working everyday here in afternoon not serving very well look they don’t like to work. All subway location is different last 4 years
And that’s why this subway location review is 3.2 owner has to talk to their employee how to server.

I notice most subways seem more concentrated on their Uber eats orders rather than customers standing in front of them , not just this particular subway....all of them. I stood in line for longer than l should , my sub was toasted even though l wasn't asked , although l was made a new sub and it tasted great , the person serving me had a great memory as well.

My only concern is they use the same gloves to answer
Phone , touch computer and then make ur order . They need fresh gloves when touching food … needs some re training but food is good though
