I often order online and for some reason forget to add sauce to my sub. The lady who made it noticed this. I am not sure if she can see my order history but when I arrived she had given me sub sauce on the side. She said she wasn't sure if I messed up my order and that was why she had offered the sauce on the side. This is a great example of going above and beyond in terms of service!

Came with Toronto Raptors packaged all over it. Please stop reminding me of trauma from my stupid sports family. Just brand your stuff, or better, don't brand at all! I know where it's coming from! Don't feed me toxic memories of sports growing up. I don't want ads on my purchases, especially not sports, but that includes movies, comics, anything. I'd rather you didn't even include your brand on packaging.

Hi so ive been going to this store since i moved to Guelph id say its a very very good place to go subs are very tasty and nice and the people are very kind and Make ur subs with love and care. On sunday september 15 i went to get dinner and the sub was one of the best ive ever had it was a lady i think the owner should promote her or appreciate her atleast was very very nice definitely worth the money ??❤️

So, today i went to this Subway... and guess what, I met a lovely guy who was super friendly and smiling consistantly... His name is Rohit. He made my sandwich really good and he was also changing his gloves which is really awesome by his end as he was maintaing hygine. I will recommend all of you to make your sandwiches from Rohit. "He really made my day great"Thank you Rohit for a great sandwich.!!
