I had really bad experience at this place, the manager kashyap was on his night shift and we placed a pickup order in the store, and I called him by ringing a bell after sometime when I haven’t got a response, i rang a bell second time, he came out and talked to me in a very rude manner told me that I have fifteen minutes to prepare order you have to WAIT BECAUSE I AM DOING SOMEWORK RIGHT NOW, I said ok but we are in the store right now and as per universal restaurant policy you should serve customers first regardless of any closing work you are doing: then his wording was “THIS IS THE ONLY PROBLEMS WITH INDIANS” like what did he meant by that? He was clearly promoting racism in my opinion. After that when i asked his name he was such arrogant that moment that he literally said me “ DO YOU WANT TO PROCEED OR NOT” like he was not showing respect at all and clearly wanted us to move out. I would like to inform owner this store that we also paid the same way others do, we weren’t expecting items for free, and would like to ask Mr. Kashyap that if he would be the owner of restaurant would he do the same thing that he did today with customers.
