When i come this restaurant for pick up for the skip delivery one guy which is working at 500 york road subway, they are only giving priority to the customer which is coming directly to the restaurant.. when i asked for my pickup, ,HE SAID U CAN LEAVE IF U WANT’. It is so rude to have this kind of people at the resturant.. Please give necessary training to these people to give equal priority to skip customers as well..

Absolutely horrible!!! Veggie patty felt it was straight out of the freezer and thus made everything else super cold as well. Waited over 30 minutes for a couple of sandwiches. Never visiting this place again…

DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!One of the worst subway experience I had in Canada. There was few vegetable even I asked them to add veggies. Customer service was really pathetic. No welcoming or attentive. That’s why 3.5 rating is justified.

I'm not richman to pay 10 dollars for a little bit salad. I ask him how much the salad, he didn't answer, he said Depends on the salad but I ordered standard small one, and he should to full the bowel of salad, he put a little bit, took all my money. You should to inform me that will be for example 9 dollars. dont be smart with the customers.we are always have the right

I went there in the morning for a 6 inch sub and they made the sub fine but I asked for a bag to put it in and the guy started arguing that that bag they put cookies in is meant for subs which it's deff to small. Just don't understand why he was trying to argue over a paper bag

DO NOT ORDER!!! Giving this one star so that i can write a genuine review. I ordered veggie Pattie and there were 2 hair inside of it. When i called them they told me to come back and he said this is okay i cant help you,It might be from the premises,instead of apologizing and helping the customer he said its nothing. I would rather be on empty stomach than order from here.

This was a horrible experience. The ingredients in the inserts and they looked old and disgusting. The lettuce was brown, tomatoes looked like they had been sitting there for god knows how long. But here's the kicker, the price...$20.00 for a crappy sandwich. I remember when Subway used to be good.

Walked in here for lunch, no friendly experience just straight to ordering. The person who made my sandwich put next to nothing on it. Both people behind the counter were not friendly at all, even the one cashing me out. In the middle of making my sub the guy disappeared in the back and came back with the same gloves on. To me is just unsanitary. Will not be back to this location
