I used to prefer this Taco Bell over the other one in Guelph. But the last 2 times made me switch. Not sure what happened but making me wait 25 minutes in a parking spot with no drive thru or in-person orders was not cool. Gave it a second chance and they forgot the drinks and fire sauce. To make matters worse, they didn’t secure the drinks they forgot so one of them ended up spilling all over my car. That was the final straw.

By far the best Taco Bell location I've been to in the past few years. The quality of the food was amazing. No issues with my order. I've noticed a lot of taco Bell locations have been skimming on ingredients and not putting enough lettuce tomato cheese etc. Didn't have that issue here. The staff were kind and polite. I highly recommend this location!

Go elsewhere. The staff here are completely incompetent. 2 out of the last 3 mobile orders I placed here have been done wrong. This last time they just didn't bother to read the instructions on the order at all. Waited almost 15 minutes in the car for them to correct the issue, and when I finally got the order it was still wrong. And previously I have received burned grilled items. Never ordering here again, they just can't keep their act together. And you know Taco Bell corporate is aware their operations are utter trash because they don't ever bother to respond to criticism in reviews.
