March 12, 2025, 12:25-12:45 was accurate for thetime I waited in the drive-thru at Hyde Park in London. I started a call after ordering, and ended it when the window opened. I waited so long I did not ask for condiments, then again, I should have been asked, I should have gotten napkins and the 'Nacho' in my boxless value box was missing, they were just a plain bag of fries, that likely had been sitting for 15 minutes. I recommend you speak to the people at this facility, I will not go back again.

I went to Taco Bell at like midnight on a Monday, I asked for “a shit ton” of fire sauces. They really did not hold back. 10/10 service for quite literally giving me a shit ton.

I just ordered from here through Uber eats and half the order was either wrong or inedible. They didn’t include my extra side of nachos and cheese, they put my side of sour cream IN the quesadilla which everyone knows is a no no. It made it soggy, and it was absolutely loaded with it to the point I was gagging trying to eat it. My root beer tasted like grape soda and my boyfriend’s tasted like vanilla? This is a clear sign that their pop machine is not clean as it’s filtering other drinks through. I only got a refund for $8.00 which is completely unacceptable as all of these items cost me 20$. Never ordering from this location again.

went to eat dinner last night with my girlfriend. the cashier that served me had exceptional customer service, definitely one of the best interactions I've had in a taco bell !
We had crunch beef tacos recently. The flavours were good. Service was up to the mark. Had speedy service by CSM named Meet. I would suggest a quick bite.
Food was delicious and special shoutout to Krishna for his suggestions on the best options!
