We/My Family wanted to try the new taco bell on commonwealth avenue in Mount Pearl Newfoundland & we chose to go on new years day, when we arrived the people directing traffic in the front of the building disrespected me & my family making no & cross/X gestures with their hands refusing us entry, there was no signage saying that they weren't accepting more customers but when my significant other rolled down their window the people directing traffic called us idiots among other things. Its not acceptable & it makes us not want to ever go back because of the utter disrespect that Taco Bell Canada has towards potential customers. I hope we can resolve this issue cause once again it isnt acceptable.

very disappointed with my recent visit. Ordered the slow cooked chicken taco meal. it was difficult to spot the chicken in the taco !! Will not be going again.

I’ve ordered from them about a dozen times in the last 3-4 years. Half the time they don’t honour the deals they have on.
I’ve also been trying to place the orders through their app for every one of them, just so there wasn’t any confusion.
Didn’t matter. Their app’s been “broken” the entire time. Over 3 years and you still can’t place orders!
Also very convenient there’s not a lot of contact info anywhere. Just 3rd party apps not all of us have. (Just Facebook for me. No twitter or anything else.) just a phone number for you to spend the day on hold on.
Is it really that difficult to put an email up there?

I sent my daughter to get Taco Bell for us as it was about 20 min away and they only gave her half the order, won’t answer phone or return my call to discuss how I can get my food. Very poor poor customer service, it has been three days now. I have no transportation to get back to that store.

We bought a supreme loaded fry, and it looked like a supreme loaded, nothing, it had no loaded anything. No, supreme, anything. It was very small. It did not look like the picture we ordered 2 of them when we did the drive through. And they, didn't give us one. So we went back in to get the other one. And they were not quick to serve us that they said that they didn't charge us, and then we're not going to replace it.
Basically, they decided we didn't need it. Basically, So Kingston store sucks!
