I’ve ordered from them about a dozen times in the last 3-4 years. Half the time they don’t honour the deals they have on.
I’ve also been trying to place the orders through their app for every one of them, just so there wasn’t any confusion.
Didn’t matter. Their app’s been “broken” the entire time. Over 3 years and you still can’t place orders!
Also very convenient there’s not a lot of contact info anywhere. Just 3rd party apps not all of us have. (Just Facebook for me. No twitter or anything else.) just a phone number for you to spend the day on hold on.
Is it really that difficult to put an email up there?

I sent my daughter to get Taco Bell for us as it was about 20 min away and they only gave her half the order, won’t answer phone or return my call to discuss how I can get my food. Very poor poor customer service, it has been three days now. I have no transportation to get back to that store.

We bought a supreme loaded fry, and it looked like a supreme loaded, nothing, it had no loaded anything. No, supreme, anything. It was very small. It did not look like the picture we ordered 2 of them when we did the drive through. And they, didn't give us one. So we went back in to get the other one. And they were not quick to serve us that they said that they didn't charge us, and then we're not going to replace it.
Basically, they decided we didn't need it. Basically, So Kingston store sucks!

I used to LOVE Taco Bell. It was THE place to go with my 2 W. grandkids. Now they have Nacho fries, and NO option for regular fries AND Nacho fries DO NOT go great with SUPREME for me at all! Today I went back with my grandson after his trip to the hospital, as a treat and just got 3 soft Supreme tacos. There was Sooooooo much sour cream and hardly any filling for $4+tx EACH. What a total waste of $36!!! Not worth it on a pensioners $ Gotta be a MILLIONAIRE to eat out these days😭 Next time I will make him tacos at my house where you actually get filling in your taco and not ALL bread!!!! DISGUSTING!!!
