I used to LOVE Taco Bell. It was THE place to go with my 2 W. grandkids. Now they have Nacho fries, and NO option for regular fries AND Nacho fries DO NOT go great with SUPREME for me at all! Today I went back with my grandson after his trip to the hospital, as a treat and just got 3 soft Supreme tacos. There was Sooooooo much sour cream and hardly any filling for $4+tx EACH. What a total waste of $36!!! Not worth it on a pensioners $ Gotta be a MILLIONAIRE to eat out these daysđ Next time I will make him tacos at my house where you actually get filling in your taco and not ALL bread!!!! DISGUSTING!!!

By far the worst tasting food I have ever had from a taco bell. I couldn't even finish it. The service was less than impressive as well as I was missing items in my bag that I asked for. Very disappointing - will be sure to go to the other location only!

March 12, 2025, 12:25-12:45 was accurate for thetime I waited in the drive-thru at Hyde Park in London. I started a call after ordering, and ended it when the window opened. I waited so long I did not ask for condiments, then again, I should have been asked, I should have gotten napkins and the 'Nacho' in my boxless value box was missing, they were just a plain bag of fries, that likely had been sitting for 15 minutes. I recommend you speak to the people at this facility, I will not go back again.

Would not come back to this location. Missed a taco I specifically ordered apart from my combo. And missed a side of queso cheese dip that comes with the chips and dip. Also did not say a single word to me from the moment I arrived at the drive through window.

I just ordered from here through Uber eats and half the order was either wrong or inedible. They didnât include my extra side of nachos and cheese, they put my side of sour cream IN the quesadilla which everyone knows is a no no. It made it soggy, and it was absolutely loaded with it to the point I was gagging trying to eat it. My root beer tasted like grape soda and my boyfriendâs tasted like vanilla? This is a clear sign that their pop machine is not clean as itâs filtering other drinks through. I only got a refund for $8.00 which is completely unacceptable as all of these items cost me 20$. Never ordering from this location again.
