Food and drink wete good if you ever get it. Service is appalling with staff completely forgetting parts of my order, ignoring my requests for service and being really quite rude. Bagel was good, latte was OK but I won't recommend this place because of the service.

The two cooks they have now stand around, the place empty...over an hour for my takeout ..same result before except this time was missing the dressing...I' ll turn around if I see them there again

This place is more than a restaurant. It is a magical place for so many people. I have spent so much time here over the years with my family, my friends, my coworkers, and anyone new to town. Thuy and Sid are stellar humans who also happen to make awesome food. I dare you to find a better sammy than their Tempeh Rueben.

I like the food here so I keep coming back but the customer service needs major improvements. The servers are so busy among themselves and I feel like they often forget their job. Otherwise decent place. Vibes are great but the place doesn’t feel clean.

Great breakfast, was SO flavourful and I normally don’t like breakfast sandwiches, but theirs was delicious. Kind staff and good vibe. Took a bit to get the food, but they were busy, so didn’t bother us much.

We love the food and the atmosphere. Clean and cozy and natural. But we would have appreciated a posting that says you can’t use laptops during brunch hours :( We really wanted to stay and order the great food but had work to do. This was a new change to us. We would love if you would consider changing that back. Another customer also could not stay for the same reasons and it was not very busy. Limits our options on when we can come.

Went there last Sunday, and enjoyed the relaxing, chill vibe. Had some good tunes played by the guitarist, while hanging with a couple friends of mine. The mousse was light, but decadent with a smooth, silky finish to the tongue. The Shirley Temple ìtself was sweet and tropical like, as expected. And the ladies that served us, were nice and polite, while accommodating us every step of the way. Will definitely come back when I get the chance.
