If you like English pub food this plane is pretty good. Tons of televisions playing all sorts of sports food not perfect but pretty good.

It was an extreme disappointment with the service we received, the unacceptable delay in receiving our food. After placing our order, we waited for over an hour, requiring repeated follow-ups with our waitress. The lack of communication and the unapologetic attitude of our waitress were particularly frustrating. Her excuses did not adequately address the significant delay, and left us feeling undervalued as customers. We hope that you will take our feedback seriously and implement changes to improve your service standards.

I was so excited to take a friend to The Fat Duck based on the reviews, thinking it would be the perfect place to show off our little town. I was wrong. The night started with us having to abandon our table inside because the flies were everywhere. Then, the server brought my water with a straw that had some sort of sauce on it—not a great start. We moved outside, and while the bugs weren't as bad, they were still all over our table. We crossed our fingers that the food would be the highlight, and while it was okay, the biggest surprise came at the end: the take-home boxes were all sticky with barbecue sauce. All in all, it was a super embarrassing night, and I wouldn't recommend it if you're trying to make a good impression.

My friend was so excited to take me to this local pub, The Fat Duck, saying it was a real small-town gem. I was visiting from out of town, so I was looking forward to it!
Well, bless their heart, they tried. We started inside, but honestly, it felt like we were crashing a fly convention. My friend looked mortified as we quickly decided to move outside. Even out there, there were little critters buzzing around our table, which was a bit distracting.
We kept hoping the food would turn things around. I ordered a steak, and let me tell you, it was as dry as a desert boot. I did my best, but I ended up leaving at least a third of it on my plate. My friend kept apologizing, and I felt bad for them because they were clearly so embarrassed. To top it all off, when they brought out the take-home boxes, they were just covered in barbecue sauce.
It was quite the experience, to say the least! I appreciated my friend trying to show me a good time, but I think next time we might just grab some takeout from somewhere else.
Stopped for a quick bite. Service was great so was the atmosphere. Food was just OK.

Popped in first time for dinner. I had the bangers and mash - I could barely eat it all!! The sausage was awesome peppery the mash was great but the gravy OMG it was so rich and just ended far too soon for me.. My wife had the wings and they were huge!! The mild bbq was great Very tasty and on sale! Sorry no photos you just have to go 😁

This was by far the eating experience of my life when I was greeted I was immediately taken to my table server let me choose where I would like to sit then asked us if we were ready for drinks right away. When the food came out it was fabulous I ordered the mild wings they were by far the best wings I had ever had so so good the sauce on the wings was great. After we were done with our meal she offered a dessert on the house.
This was a great experience have eaten here many times service was amazing, food was the best food I’ve ever had. I would recommend this to anyone who was looking for a place to eat. If it was possible would rate it ten stars.
