Pizza was great!

Visited recently for their anniversary celebration featuring Jim Cuddy. Showed up when 'doors opened' but venue was already 3/4 full. Seated at the very back of the room even though we were told we could get seating closer to the stage. Asked about a menu item but didn't get a timely answer (staff way to overworked). Paid a lot of money for the experience and was disappointed.

All around solid place, food is good, beer is solid, atmosphere is pleasant and the entertainment is generally fun, nothing to complain about!

Excellent ambiance and the wood-fired pizzas are amazing! We’ve come back many times for the amazing selection of beers and the hops water is great too. Had the prosciutto pineapple pizza today, perfection! Thanks!!

My bf and I just left to go to another restaurant moments ago. We were there on a trivia night date and waited over 30 mins and No one came to serve us nor would anyone make eye contact. We even tried to flag down the servers! Any one would do! Thirsty and hungry, we decided to leave. What a disappointment.

We always love to spend our Thursday evenings with the crew at Fixed Gear for their bingo contest! Hillary & Zach have grown to become our friends and we (me and my friends) have been regulars for a while now! Great food, plenty of beverages to choose from and a great overall place to check out for sure!!

Great beer and atmosphere which is why I'll keep going back! The day I ordered pizza though, it was paper thin and burnt, and I don't even have high standards for pizza.

I have been coming here for years and it was always a great experience. This one visit there was two floor staff. We were never visited, I had to go to them to order. Each time we asked for napkins, or drinks, we were met with the “it's only me” reason for slow service. We waited an hour before I went looking for our food. I found it sitting on a table near the stone oven. I then was given my food and expected to bring it to my table. Our pizza and pretzel was room temperature at best. The place wasn't busy. When leaving the server did nothing to apologize for her abysmal service, except watching the baseball game. Another table across from us faced the same problem and had to get their own drinks and later their meal. It was incredibly disappointing and to be faced with the bill, it was hard to fathom why we paid full price for a crunchy pizza and stale pretzel. No fault to the chef, just poor service and no attempts to remedy the problem. We will return but our trust in the quality of service is not great now.

We made a reservation 2 weeks ahead on open table for 5 people to watch the indoor comedy show. When we showed up they “couldn't find” our reservation and acted like it was a mystery. After some discussion they said that Yuk yuks had taken over the event and required a cover charge, so they had phoned all open table customers to let them know. This was not true I received no call. In fact my friends who were waiting at the front door heard the same conversation happen with other people who had reserved on open table. Again staff acted mystified at first when they knew full well what happened. They put us outside and said they would broadcast the comedy show so we would still hear it. They opened the door, which I would not call broadcasting. Very poor service to not honour reservations made weeks ahead.

Stopped in for brews after a long round of disc golf at Eastview Park. Great environment and large selection of in house brews on tap.
