Delicious bagels and they never skimp on the toppings. The staff are very friendly and the bagels are nice, warm, and reasonably priced. I would have included a picture but it was so good I ate it too fast oopsiee 😝😝😝😝😝😝

Ordered on Uber Eats. They accepted my order and were preparing it, but when the driver showed up the restaurant was closed. They wouldn't answer phone calls from either myself or the driver.

Tried them for the first time. Had a sausage and egg breakfast sandwich. The sausage was tossed in a microwave tray and eggs poured on top and microwaved. It looked terrible and tasted very much the same. It takes a minute to cook an egg in a skillet. The 3 stars are for the friendly service and interesting bagel flavours. Won't likely be back unfortunately.

I went to leave my review and came across false reviews about this place! As far as I know, nothing appears by magic — they must leave the bagels ready in specific, covered places, lol. And, if you ask the employee a question, they’ll correct you if you’re wrong. I find it horrible to see mean people leaving false reviews. Anyway, it’s an incredible place with wonderful employees!

I come here every other week as a treat when I’m in guelph, and every week I look forward to trying a specific bagel. I usually walk in around 10 am and the bagel case is basically empty. I asked for a bagel that was on display and was told that someone already ordered it over the phone. This is frustrating when they only have one of the specialty bagels every day, and the rest of the flavours are basically empty except for 2-3 basic choices.
The staff are very nice, I just don’t understand why they don’t stock multiple of the speciality bagels, as well as most of the other flavours.
