Anakin was a fabulous server. He allowed us to be talkative and ask questions about the menu. Our wine and appetizer were a fabulous start. When my husband's birthday prime rib came out more rare than expected, he fixed it right away and the manager checked in on us. My vegetarian dish was really special, rather than an afterthought on a meat-centric menu. When we were too full for dessert, he gave my husband a cheesecake slice to take home for later. Overall just a lovely evening and we are so grateful.
Our waitress was fantastic food was typical Keg although one meal portions was not very balanced in respect to the vegetables compared to the person I was with having the same meals

We reserved a large table for about 15 people (the table was for the day before Valentines Day). we sat in the lobby for close to half an hour, waiting for the table to be ready. Once we got to the table we got bread and drinks and ordered our food, which all took about 2 hours, then we got our food. My burger had a bit of a burnt side to the patty, but other than that, it was good. One party member had to take their 5 years old child home when the food arrived because the child was exhausted and it was way past their bedtime, so they got their food to go. Usually, the keg is good, but it was really busy, and I'm sure they're understaffed. Maybe the owner/manager should hire more people, or maybe we shouldn't have big fancy restaurants open during a recession when they can't adequately server their customers. I'm just glad I ordered the cheapest and most calorie dense meal on the menu because the steaks the other party members got were not the best quality from what they discussed with me.

The food (steak and shrimp) was amazing. The real reason we wanted to leave this review was to say how amazing our server, BRADEN, was. He was professional, polite, very very attentive (even though the restaurant was packed), and had a good sense of humour. In the post-COVID era, where establishments are having a hard time keeping staff and therefore service has been severely lacking everywhere, this experience with having not just good, but GREAT service, was very refreshing and enjoyable. Thank you Braden for also making double sure with the kitchen that our food was nut free.My only complaint is that it was loud in the restaurant because it was so busy and we were hoping for a more quiet, relaxed evening (but we did go on a Saturday night, so kind of our fault :-))

One of our parties meal was incorrect when it came' server had it taken back and replaced. By the time it got back other party members were already finished their meals. the prime rib that night was served medium rare (perfect) but the incorrect meal replaced was well done. They took it off the bill.
