We ordered a pho beef soup with my son. The soup was very good. One suggestion is that there were too many noodles. And we would like to see them get glass noodles. Good service...a bit pricey.

We have not eaten in a restaurant since the beginning of the pandemic and have had take-out only a few times. Yesterday we had friends visit and decided to get take-out from our favourite restaurant. We were not disappointed! There were 4 of us and we orded: A6 4 spring rolls, two D5 pork Ban Mi, and two B3 noodles with bbq pork, spring rolls and bbq shrimp. It was absolutely delicious, more than enough food for the four of us and under $60. This must be the best Vietnamese food this side of Vietnam. A big thank you to the Nguyen family for your friendliness and expertise in the kitchen. You are the best!

During the pandemic we have ordered take out and delivery multiple times. The food is always fresh, reasonably priced and so TASTY!!! Their Bahn Mi sandwiches are my favourite with a fruit shake on the side. But every dish we have ordered has been a hit.

My husband and I popped in for a take out lunch after I’d heard some good things about the Vietnamese pancake that they prepare here. We were so pleasantly surprised at the freshness, flavours and quality of the food here. The Vietnamese pancake was delicately crisp and nutty stuffed with fresh stir fried meat, seafood and veggies served with a nice fresh crisp salad and plenty of nuac cham. We also order a grilled pork Bahn mi which was fresh and delicious! Can’t wait to return!

The first time I had Hu Tiu Nam Vang and Mi Quang at The Nguyen's, I immediately got hooked. The food was authentic and you can tell they really care about the quality. The noodle was homemade. The toppings and broth were both on point. On my most recent visit, I also tried their banh mi which felt and tasted like it was fresh out of the oven. Every bite is complemented with this delicious sauce that I'm still craving when writing this. I live far away but the hot bowl of mi Quang and the fluffy banh mi make the long drive so worthwhile. Highly recommended!

First Viet restaurant that I've tried in Guelph. We came twice. Had the bun chay, as vegetarian options are a little limited, but it was good. What has me thinking about coming back is the iced coconut coffee. Get this! Super icy and super satisfying.

My husband and I are fairly new to Guelph and are trying to discover different eateries in the area. We saw some reviews for this restaurant and decided to give it a try. The amount of food they give you is pretty good. We have had the vermicelli and the Bahn Mi so far and both were very good. I think we will become regulars here. Just keep in mind that because of covid, you will want to phone and order for take out. Wait time is about 15-20 minutes.
