The Ward Bar at Spring Mill Distillery

We rented the private Cooperage Room at Spring Mill Distillery for our intimate wedding ceremony in September, and it was absolutely perfect. The space was versatile and beautifully suited for hosting both our ceremony and reception in one location.

Emily, our event coordinator, was exceptional, her attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Josh, our bartender, was fantastic! He was friendly, attentive, and kept the drinks flowing all night, adding to the fun and relaxed atmosphere.

Spring Mill is a stunning venue, offering gorgeous photo opportunities both indoors and outdoors. We couldn’t have asked for a better setting for our special day :).

Chase takes pride in the drinks he makes and Liam is amazing in customer service. Great spot to sit and work. Basically Starbucks for people who like a good drink instead of coffee. I come here to work and sip on really good drinks.

A memorable experience shared with friends as we took a tour of the Distillery yesterday evening. Informative & relaxed atmosphere. Our tour guide Chase was friendly & knowledgeable 🤙.

We got married this past weekend and chose Spring Mill for our venue for our ceremony. It was the perfect environment and setting for our rustic themed wedding. We held the ceremony in the Cooperage room and we only had 40 people. It was the perfect size, with the bar included, we were able to have our ceremony and a mini cocktail after before we left for dinner. Emily, The event coordinator, was so beyond helpful and kind in so many ways. She literally became my DJ for playing our music while we walk down the aisle, and bartended. She was so accommodating for every request. We can't thank her and any other staff enough! We are so happy we chose to get married here!

Whiskey isn’t bad but the prices are a crazy !

My “Malt Mate” and I took a beautiful drive through the countryside to Guelph, so that we could explore the nuances of this Canadian Distillery. As whisky enthusiasts, we were very interested in discovering and learning all there is to know about Spring Mill so we could prepare for a whisky tasting at our whisky club. Well, I have to say that our tour guide Quaid, exceeded our expectations with a plethora of knowledge and captivated our attention throughout the tour with colourful description and intriguing stories around the distillery’s history, and how John Sleeman overcame many challenges in order to start up production of fine premium Canadian spirits! Spring Mill Distillery is a hidden gem in the centre of Guelph’s historic surroundings. A real treat and pleasure to visit!

My boys and I randomly came here on a random Tuesday afternoon for what was suppose to be 1 drink. We ended up staying until close because we all lowkey fell in love with the bartender Sky who kept us there with her unique charm and amazing cocktails that she kept insisting we try! Will definitely be back!

The atmosphere is so cute and such a good vibe, drinks were amazing and service was great. Our server skye was amazing and so knowledgeable. Will definitely be going back
