My wife and I stopped here for a drink while in Guelph! BEAUTIFUL place, drinks were amazing, bought a few cans to take home. service was exceptional!!! Wood burning fireplace, and the smell was top notch, will stop here every time I pass through Guelph.

The best drinks I’ve had In Guelph. Our bartender was Shelby. I’ve only been once but I was truly blown away. I couldn’t believe I was being served drinks like this in Guelph. My friend tried 3 cocktails which I tasted and I had a mock tail and even that was incredible fresh and well rounded in flavours. The space is also just beautiful. Not a very big space. Hope they add some more seating. Their bar snacks are limited. Eat beforehand if you are going later. Highly recommend.

The spiced mule is awesome! Crisp, smooth, and strong, without being boozie. They can be tricky for me to find at the LCBO sometimes though, so be sure to stick up while you're at the distillery.

We were there for a company party. Loved their double-double (if you are into coffee drinks), but the Al Capone is a must-have. The smokiness continues through the entire drink, not just a cute effect. Their Mill Mule is also delicious and very refreshing.Parking: There are many parking spots, but I am willing to bet people from the building across park there too. There were way more cars outside than people in the bar.

Enjoyed a tasting of their whisky(ey)s. Best Ontario ryes we've had and their scotch style single malt is great. Not a fan of bourbon, but theirs is on point. Tasting glasses are a bit small for nosing, and we detected soap residue from washing? We bought a single malt and rye bottle to take home. Tasting room is cozy and incorporates original elements from the original 1800s distillery. We didn't eat anything but watched preparation of a generous charcuterie board. Went there on a whim because another place was not accepting anymore people. The drinks were really fancy and the bartender / staff come up with some of the drinks themselves. The waitress was very friendly and informative. We didn't have any food so I can't comment on that but the food menu wasn't very big. The drinks menu was really good with a lot of variety and the 3 different types of drinks we got were very delicious. A really nice place to go to if you are looking to have a nice night out and a couple drinks. The views by some of the windows are really nice as well.
