The Wooly has been our family go to gathering spot for years. The menu accommodates all ages, the food is fresh and local, and the staff are friendly and informed. It can feel noisy if there are just two of you but we are usually a large group and adding to the noise.

The food was great for a late lunch/early dinner. The brussel sprout app was delicious. The servers were nice, it was just a bit slow for a quiet Saturday afternoon. We sat on the patio with our dog, who was very welcome and everyone said hello too!

I've always loved the Wooly. It was my "local" when I lived DTG. In the past few years, I've had trouble finding things I like on the menu, the food isn't quite as good, and, it's become quite expensive as well. It's not my go-to anymore when I'm in Guelph, unfortunately.

The Wooly is one of my favourite places. The food, staff and customers are always great. They also empower their staff and I understand that they treat the staff well. I love supporting a great business like the Wooly, and even moreso when I know it's a great place to work. It's also one of the only places I know that has a kombucha on tap which is a great non-alcoholic option.

Was there during Woolystock. Ate inside where it was cool, then finished with some wine outside where we could listen to the music. Wonderful and fun. One issue, however was the positioning of the water station. It blocked the view of the performers on stage. Did it really need to be front and centre?
