20 min to get a bowl of soup. Its already made. Just put it in a cup. Bathrooms aweful. But thats almost every tims. I really dont know why i come here. McDonalds.. better..cleaner. cheaper.

Best timmys in town.. I find this location has the best coffee. I dont know why its so different then other locations but it is. I have never had a bad experience . The staff are always friendly and always working hard. I love to see that they take their time to make sure its done right without a long wait time.

Was at this location with my mum today and I swear it gets worse every single time we come here. We ordered 3 drinks and a breakfast combo. First, they tried to get us to leave with just one drink. Then they tried to get us to leave with two drinks and no food. Then when we got the food they tried to get us to leave without our third drink and kept insisting we only ordered two. We did eventually get the third drink we paid for, which was nice, but the lid for my steeped tea smelled of rotten fish sauce. It was not a pleasant experience.
Every single time we come to this location staff tried to give us less than what we pay for or just leaves stuff out of the orders. Can say this is the worst timmies in Guelph now.

The store gets a zero star took over half an hour to get a coffee in the store preference was given to the drive-thru and people that use the app even though we were standing in line we watch people walk into the store they use their app and they're in and out quick

I’m not asking for much, but basic courtesy matters. When McDonald’s is cheaper and their staff are polite, it really makes you think.

Do yourself a favour and make the drive to McDonalds. I don’t go to Tim Hortons very often and my experience today at this location reminded me why. I ordered a toasted everything bagel with mayo, tomato, cheese, and bacon. I got an untoasted cold bagel with butter, tomato, and cheese. I literally named every ingredient I wanted on my bagel, how did they get it wrong? The place was dead too, so it’s not like they were busy and it was an honest mistake. They simply just didn’t care enough to get it right.
You cannot go wrong with Timmy's at any place. Great taste and perfect coffee

I was really happy with the speed of drive thru, until I saw why. I asked for extra butter on my bagel, and the result was absolutely infuriating. They didn't even bother to actually apply the butter, they just slapped on a giant chunk of butter and sent it out like that. No wonder why drive thru was so quick, they didn't do their jobs properly! I was on my way to work, so I had no time to return to the location to bring this to a managers attention.

I used to work at a Tim’s and I have no idea what’s going on at this one. The drive thru staff is rude and unfriendly to everyone coming in. Food is being made but missing crucial stuff. I ordered a turkey bacon club and when I got it, there was no bacon. Previous trips to this location, I was also missing proteins and other things in breakfast sandwiches and other of their items. At the drive-through I’m in now just used to getting my food packaged very poorly almost hanging out of the baking paper like farmers wraps and sandwiches. The service there is just very disappointing and I’d much rather go to a Tim Hortons where I’m actually paying for what I’m getting instead of getting ripped off. Do better.
