Tell me how I just paid for a steeped tea (which is over priced to begin with) and a BLACK coffee, and these people fill only HALF the large cup!? Everything at Tim Hortons is way overpriced now, and they’re only getting cheaper and cheaper with their food and stuff. It’s SOO not worth the hassle anymore!! This is the second Tim Hortons that has screwed up my order in the last week. I am going to McDonald’s from now on, this is actual bull crap. It’s NOT CANADIAN anymore!

If I could leave a review lower than 1 I would. Just been there now a few minutes ago. Worst Tim Hortons and customer service ever can’t even make a tea properly staff uneducated on how to make coffee or tea. Wasn’t a tea only milk in hot water. The gentlemen at the window said that’s how they make tea?♀️ do not recommend at all. Not how tea should look or be made. I have been to other locations and they know how to make a tea.
The drive-thru line at this Tim Horton's is consistently well-managed, and despite its length, it moves quickly. I've never been disappointed with the coffee here. Even during peak times, the service is remarkably swift. Rupi, in particular, excels at preparing and delivering coffee with impressive speed, ensuring the line moves efficiently. She also has a remarkable ability to recognize customers' voices, often anticipating my order before I speak, which further expedites the ordering process.

This is by far the nicest Tim Horton's I have ever been to. The atmosphere was calming (lighting), the decor was nice, I liked the different seating options, the restaurant was clean and bright. The coffee was hot, just the way we like it! Special shout out to Richard for being a stellar Employee, so thoughtful, thorough, and hard working. We will definitely go out of our way to return to this location.
