They slightly sliced my croissant, somehow burned it, and didn’t even put butter on it like I asked for. They also flattened it. I also had to repeat each item I ordered at least twice in the drive thru because I somehow couldn’t be heard even though I was practically yelling my order.

Ordered a large beverage and the cup was filled to just under halfway. This is completely unacceptable. A “large” drink should be filled properly, not half empty. I paid full price and did not receive what I paid for. This is poor value and disappointing service. I expect better consistency from Tim Hortons and would like this to be rectified.

I've never seen a clean Tim's washroom. Turns me right off the food. Waiting in the line inside while the drive-thrus get served first is a real drag.
Do these guys have a clue what’s even going on? No egg….no sausage….. no bacon…..it’s like Home Depot running out to 2x4’s. Also why the hell is the wrap that’s holding my breakfast wrap covered in oil 😑

20 min to get a bowl of soup. Its already made. Just put it in a cup. Bathrooms aweful. But thats almost every tims. I really dont know why i come here. McDonalds.. better..cleaner. cheaper.
