I was really happy with the speed of drive thru, until I saw why. I asked for extra butter on my bagel, and the result was absolutely infuriating. They didn't even bother to actually apply the butter, they just slapped on a giant chunk of butter and sent it out like that. No wonder why drive thru was so quick, they didn't do their jobs properly!
I was on my way to work, so I had no time to return to the location to bring this to a managers attention.

I used to work at a Tim’s and I have no idea what’s going on at this one. The drive thru staff is rude and unfriendly to everyone coming in. Food is being made but missing crucial stuff. I ordered a turkey bacon club and when I got it, there was no bacon. Previous trips to this location, I was also missing proteins and other things in breakfast sandwiches and other of their items. At the drive-through I’m in now just used to getting my food packaged very poorly almost hanging out of the baking paper like farmers wraps and sandwiches. The service there is just very disappointing and I’d much rather go to a Tim Hortons where I’m actually paying for what I’m getting instead of getting ripped off. Do better.

The people at this Tim Hortons are always lovely. Everybody I speak to the drive-thru are always so friendly and when I get to the window everybody is wonderful.
The last four times I came it does not feel like there is any care in the prep of the food. I got a breakfast sandwich and the egg and cheese and bacon were hanging off on the one side. The next time I came I got a bagel and the cream cheese was just slapped on I was not spread evenly. I know this might not seem like a big deal but when you're driving and you can't take the time to correct it it can be a little bit frustrating.
Then I came today and got the cilantro lime bowl and the lid was not put on properly and I put it down on my seat and it's spilled.
If we could just take a little bit more time in the prep of the food with a little bit more care this restaurant would be a five out of five

The in-store service is most often slow and not a priority. I have walked out because no one was being served and the line was getting long.

This is my go to tim Hortons, I've been going here since they opened. Multiple times a day, spend a great deal of money here every week.
I want to give them a 5 star rating but I don't always receive 5 star service. The staff here are wonderful, hard working, polite and very efficient. But the management is absolutely horrible! The two ladies are always very bitter, snappy, don't smile, don't make eye contact, and respond rudely almost all the time. Never a thank you, one worded answers, even thier greeting when they take your order is cold.
Anyone who works there knows my voice, my car and my order. They also know I always ask for my coffee well stirred cause a lot of the times the sugar is just sitting at the bottom.. when the management is taking orders and I asked for it well stirred, they usually don't pass on the request or they will make my coffee and not put any sugar in it. Then I'm stuck with 2 crappy coffees that I just throw out. In the last week the attitude has gotten worse as to why I'm now deciding to leave a review, and won't be getting coffee at that location in the mornings anymore. I'll wait till the afternoon shift starts.
Its sad that they have such a great staff that get belittled by these management ladies. I praise the employees who still go to work everyday and do a great job! It's not easy

Slowest service I have ever seen in my life! Thank goodness the young lady came to help as many of us were about to walk out. Just ridiculous

Manpreet the worker there doesn't know how to communicate with the costumers and the ice cap I ordered wasn't a regular ice cap as you can see in the photos, you don't wanna go there!
Tell me how I just paid for a steeped tea (which is over priced to begin with) and a BLACK coffee, and these people fill only HALF the large cup!?
Everything at Tim Hortons is way overpriced now, and they’re only getting cheaper and cheaper with their food and stuff. It’s SOO not worth the hassle anymore!!
This is the second Tim Hortons that has screwed up my order in the last week.
I am going to McDonald’s from now on, this is actual bull crap.
It’s NOT CANADIAN anymore!
