Went to this location this morning tried using my debit and credit card both when the machine said cannot process, was told it was declined. Saw on the machine message “cannot process” not declined. Ended up using a gift card but I didn’t receive my “declined” receipts or my paid receipt and was basically just judged by 2 employees and the manager or supervisor (whomever she was) at the time saying it was declining. Understand your machine and stop being so ignorant, it took all of me to pull up my bank statement and show them, as I felt judged and insulted for the $7 something order. Pathetic “service” for low quality food, more reasons to add to the list of why I and others stopped going to Tim’s in general!

Ordered from drive thru. Order taking guy mistook orders. So we asked for one more tea which he missed. Instead of accepting their mistake the drive thru servant shouted at us, pointed out his fingers , and closed the window by telling us to go.
How a person working at customer service can behave like this?!
I am wondering who did hire him?
I am also working in retail and what i learned in my carrier is to treat every customer as king.
Here the guy behaved in way like treating as beggars.

I had a very bad experience from a guy ( old brown guy) from this tim-hortons location, as I placed order through drive-thru and he mistook the orders.
I ask for the correct orders and he refuse to give me and was very rude by pointing his finger on me.
I asked him if it was a mistake just accept it and give me the right orders and i can pay for it. But he just showing off his bad behaviour and was manipulating blah blah blah!

I ordered two coffees and a tea today through the drive through. The person who took our order missed one coffee. When he gave us the order we noted that one coffee is missing and mentioned to him. He was rude and started shouting by pointing his finger and he wasn’t ready to give us the ordered coffee even though we offered to pay him. The girl next to him came and apologized for his act. He’s a brown guy, tall and speaking Hindi if Im not right. It’s better to get rid of the guy from this store, such a worst behavior.

Very disrespectful and rude behaviour from drive thru serving man!!!!!!
We ordered 2 orange pekoe tea and two coffees . But they took charge for only 1 tea and 2 coffees.
We said we ordered 2 teas. They did mistake. They have to accept it. Instead of accepting the mistake, the guy who behaves like owner of tim hortons, said “u called me liar ,i don’t give tea to you, you can just go” and he just closed the window!
The man should be terminated from job!!
He doesn’t know how to respect his customers.
The man seems an elder man with specs and hat. He is a brown guy!

Atleast keep some manners .
You are not giving us tea for free.
We are paying for it. We are giving you money . Okayyyy

Rude. There was only one other person in line and the woman was rushing me. Anything else? Anything else? Anything else?
Made my drink wrong... I said it did not have enough milk. “Oh the calibration must be wrong”. Can I have more milk? Passes me 2 tiny milk to go things.
My drink is so hot I can’t hold it. Why would you not remake it? Why would you not fix an issue with your machine? Either no customer service/care or no ability to comprehend basic problem solving. Unsure which.

Hii everyone, This is one of the important info to you. Please don’t go for this tim hortons they are making people fool here even they have lack of knowledge how to use survey code. There so called manager “naveet “said we are not using coupons for 2 coffee even they don’t know about the survey code of the month as well. This tim’s manager and staff members need proper training to fulfil the demands of customers. And plzz give proper training to manager for basic things as well. I had a very bad experience in this tim hortons even they have very rude conversation with customers. Everytime they are behaving the same. One advice is hire knowledgeable and active personalities in your stores to become success.
