Girl who works at drive thru is very rude and even she won't give napkins with food and shows horrible attitude it happened at December 4th 2024 at 2 pm. If the manger notices this review please give her at least better training.

Order a bagel and it was black and so burnt. Ordered two sausage breakfast sandwiches and they tasted disgusting and old. I stopped going there because of this issue months ago and thought it would be fine to order from it now, i was incorrect. tasted so horrible i had to throw it out.

I stood in there in an empty restaurant with no customers and waited.Five minutes for service till I finally left they suck in the afternoon.
Would not recommend this location when they don't have competent people to serve you

Really really horrible and weird experience....I just said "Hii there" two times politely in drive - through mic. After that, at drive - through window the person who was working on night shift (25th oct) suddenly go angry on me just because I said hi there twice and started arguing with me....I had to say just okay and left. He doesn't know how to talk with customer that is what I personally felt.

Someone should teach the staff how to bag a customer's order. It seems that they don't know how or just won't do it. When you order food they bring it to the counter with no bag. They can hardly handle the order without a bag how do they expect a customer to handle it with out one. Then when you ask for it to be put in a bag they hand you a bag and walk away. No customer service these days.

Best Tim Hortons we've been to in a long time. The restaurant was clean and tidy, the staff were very nice and they had a good donut selection.

For Latte they give same excuse every day that the machine is cleaned or cleaning don’t do latte this time. Since last two nights getting same answer at 10:30 pm. They call it 24 hr service otherwise

Thought Id give it another try. Had 20 mins to waste before my Infiniti appointment sso went in. Stood at front counter while staff just walked back and forth past me. From takeout window to kitchen. Supervisor stood in middle and didnt even acknowledge me there. Always seems like forever but was likely about 5 minutes. I just walked out. Will go to Starbucks now where they at least say hi will be with you in a moment if they are busy. The Canadian culture is gone from THs which it was founded on. Manners and courtesy...just ignorance now. Completely done. Went to my cottage this weekend and stopped at McDonalds/Starbucks for coffees. Will never step foot in another Tim Hortons.
