Parking was full, counter service is extremely slow and drive thru is difficult to hear and understand the person on the speaker.

Cilantro lime chicken bowl. Normally half of the dish is a tomato, cucumber and lettuce salad. Today it was about 1/3 of the dish and only wilting lettuce. BIG disappointment.

I was visiting the beautiful city of Guelph when I decided to stop at this Tim Hortons. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Although there were three young adults working, they seemed completely disorganized, juggling between the drive thru and in store orders without clear coordination. The wait was unreasonably long both to place my order and to receive it. Definitely not the level of service I expected.

My most recent experience at this Tim Hortons location left me confused and most of all disappointed. I was in the area for RibFest at Riverside Park and found myself in the parking lot of this Tim Hortons just across the road. I was met with a sign written in sharpie saying “Ribfest parking $10”. There was an attendant in a Tim Hortons uniform charging people to use this parking lot. Not only is that a ridiculously steep rate compared to the free parking at Riverside Park but it goes against the strong sense of community in this neighborhood. Very disappointed to see Tim Hortons community led reputation tarnished with a trashy cash grab.

On Friday, I was at this location in evening time at around 7pm. They were short staffed, still the staff was managing pretty good but omg the store manager was screaming at the team member. No professionalism at all. And was using very bad language on them. Their manager needs to work on professionalism instead of using abusing language for the staff. And also need to learn humanity and how to respect others. Even if my crispy chicken wrap was very delicious but that scenerio totally changed my mood and was feeling bad for the poor girls.

Every Tim's these days is painfully slow. The person running the till also does orders which makes no sense and takes forever. Very poor system. This location is especially slow. Takes 15 minutes every time just to get 2 bagels. Really pathetic.

We tried to order a take 12 they would not make it for us at 11:00 p.m. when we came in the morning we went to the drive-thru they made us go into the store to pick it up which is fine but it took another 15 minutes to get it after that the last time I ordered it to take 12 it was done and made in less than 5 minutes they're more worried about their window times than customer service or satisfaction
