I had to start work early on a Saturday I seen staff in the Tim Hortons and it was 4:55am, I pulled up to the window, screens off but still greeted with a "Good Morning Tim Hortons what can I get for you"...then silence..I pulled up to the window and was told there not open yet and what I wanted, they said " oh that's just a recording "...say what!?. BS!...so I left and they didn't care. Eat here at your risk, what else are they refusing to do?.

I do not recommend this tim Hortons. Everything I order from here it's WRONG!!! Read the order receipt. It's not that hard. This tim Hortons is absolutely disgusting and their staff is extremely rude. NEVER ordering from here again. Also, management SUCKS!!!! Get your shit together.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich and got half a sausage, I only get 30 mins for break, unbelievable take some pride in your job to whoever is making sandwichs
I had just ordered just 5 minutes ago (September 26, 2024, time 4:30 PM) at their drive- thru. The order was bagel and cream cheese (bagel type: 4 cheese). Everything went well, the staff was good and I was polite as well. The bagel came without creamcheese. I went back to ask the waiter about it and she coolly says, she didn’t charge creamcheese and assumed 4cheese bagel without any creamcheese and didn’t even offer to redo the order. Worst service ever. Would not recommend and will never go there again.

This one is hard to rate because there are a few awesome employees that make the experience more enjoyable both in the drive thru and in store. But they are way too understaffed on the counter side as it’s one employee taking care of walk in orders, mobile orders and any food delivery orders. Oftentimes, there is a line, the employee tends to get flustered and there have been many instances of demanding customers. The store owner needs to hire an extra hand for their busy periods for preparing food delivery orders.

I would steer clear of this Tim Hortons. Something doesn't feel right when I was going through the drive thru here the other day.
I haven't been going to Tim Hortons a lot lately but I was surprised how cheap this one can be.
If you are asking for cream or sugar on the side they prefer to forget your cream and put your stir stick and sugar packages in the same bag as your food/donuts. I've never seen this before, usually they would put everything separately.
Staff were ok but I could notice everyone was on edge when I was asking for cream or sugar on the side. I had to ask for cream a second time before driving away, which is ok, but (maybe it was just me) it seemed like a weird exchange. I was very polite about it.
They also didn't supply any napkins with my meal which isn't great as it was messy.
My other experiences at Tim Hortons haven't been quite like this, I felt like I was doing them a disservice asking for basic things you'd get from Tim Hortons. Usually when ordering at Timmy's everything extra you ask for is put in a small baggy with napkins (since I ordered food) and I was sent on my way with a smile.
Unfortunately this wasn't the case here.
Definitely a 3/5 as the lady at the window serving me was very polite and everything else tasted like your typical Timmy's experience.

Cleanest washroom! I worked nearby and this location is quite cozy inside. The color tones are welcoming and it is enjoyable to drink coffee and eat food inside the store. They did a great job and I enjoyed visiting. Washrooms were impressively built and maintained. Thank you.
Service is horrible. Food is sketchy at best. Not worth getting stuck in their chaotic parking lot. Best to avoid
