Worst Tim Hortons, here in Guelph.. I am holding my baby to take order, staff are just watching you standing, you need wait for them to finish what are they doing before they gonna serve you..Commonsence if you saw a customer standing, you should serve them, I will never come here..

I had to start work early on a Saturday I seen staff in the Tim Hortons and it was 4:55am, I pulled up to the window, screens off but still greeted with a "Good Morning Tim Hortons what can I get for you"...then silence..I pulled up to the window and was told there not open yet and what I wanted, they said " oh that's just a recording "...say what!?. BS!...so I left and they didn't care. Eat here at your risk, what else are they refusing to do?.
The showcase was filled full so i had a great assortment of items to choose from. The baked goods are good 👍

I do not recommend this tim Hortons. Everything I order from here it's WRONG!!! Read the order receipt. It's not that hard. This tim Hortons is absolutely disgusting and their staff is extremely rude. NEVER ordering from here again. Also, management SUCKS!!!! Get your shit together.
