Today I went to breakfast at Tim Hortons, Woodlawn and Victoria. I got out of the car and noticed a representative shovelling the walkway. I said to her “you must be the owner doing a job that no one wants to do and doing it like you own it”. She laughed and said I’m the manager Kayla. I went into the Tim’s, it was: clean, efficient and the employees were friendly. I spoke with some of the regulars Neil and Dan who said the same. When Kayla came in she checked on the customers. What a nice touch. I told her the owner should know you need a raise. What is the value of good will… priceless. Thanks for the great experience Kayla Lindeman. See you next time.

I'm sorry every since we started to bring in all kinds of ppl from other countries, Tim Hortons has taken a huge drive. All your location washrooms and filthy and not cleaned ever. Tim Horton would be turning in his grave if he saw this BS. I will never buy food again from you, all the bugs I watched crawling all over the food. I'm out.

I encountered unacceptable service from an elderly woman at the drive-thru. Her communication style lacked empathy, and she disregarded basic customer service etiquette. A drive-thru attendant should display appropriate behaviour, but hers included racism and harassment, which warrants concern. She should be banned from working at any customer centric place cause she doesn’t deserve it.

I would recommend you do not waste your time and money at this Tim Hortons location. Very rude and unwelcoming atmosphere, attitude from employees, and extremely slow service in store. I will support other Tims locations from now on.

Best /cleanest Tim Hortons in Guelph in my opinion. The staff is always friendly and efficient. I could very easily make my morning coffee at home , but I enjoying starting my day visiting this particular Tim’s . I appreciate how hard they all work !
Vegetarian options: Great oat milk and almond milk availability!
Dietary restrictions: Happy that they offer dairy free options due to milk allergy

Tim Hortons at Victoria and woodlawn. Coffee in the morning is always stale. I usually get 1 @ 5 am so waited till 6 am it was stale so I had to go back through the drive thru. Got what I thought was a fresh coffee went to work and found it was also stale. Last month at this Tim Hortons sucks They want a rating before I send this post and don't deserve 1 star
The ladies there were working very hard to take care of the walk in customers this morning. Line up was out the door. However myself and two other customers were DISAPPOINTED to learn you no longer serve whole grain bagels as an option for people who cannot eat white bread and want a healthier choice. I took a nice walk this morning to grab a coffee and a bagel, as I live close by. I guess I'll have to drive to another location when I'm craving a bagel and cream cheese.

I came here at a pretty busy time and wait for a little while. And the lady was super super nice! She said sorry for the wait sweetheart and double check everything I ordered. She made my day. Here is one of the best tims I ever been in gta area! Oh btw tims in Oshawa is pretty good as well

I went through the drive thru and the guy taking our order was polite. The lady that also gave us our drinks and donuts was also very nice and polite offering a drink tray. What was disgusting was the hair in my boston cream donut. Over half way through my donut with the hair in the cream. Driving and puking is not how I had planned my drive back home. Absolutely disgusting.
So it's now Aug 26th with no response from the owner. I thought you found this review very concerning? Absolute joke

messed up my order, i usually order my normal black coffee with 2 sugar but when i came to this specific spot, the coffee tasted like hot water with sugar. why, why do this to me. :(

If I could rate lower than one star I would. Not only is the drive thru barely moving, I went inside and it took 25 minutes to be served my wrap. The “employees” move like snails, they chit chat rather than work. I wasn’t offered a “sorry” for taking so long to make my food nor was I even acknowledged. Absolutely ridiculous. Terrible service. Terrible “staff”. Ruining Canada
