Absolutely disgusting service at 2:00 AM.
I ordered a piece of garlic bread, and what they handed me was a complete joke. When I complained, the crew member Joe and his useless supervisor told me they “can’t initiate a refund at this time.” Excuse me? I paid for this garbage, and you’re telling me to just deal with it?

The so-called supervisor was unbelievably rude—no greeting, no thanks, no basic customer service skills. Just a blank, miserable face as if doing the bare minimum is enough to be a “supervisor.” And Joe actually had the audacity to tell me to go home and cook it myself. Seriously? If I wanted to cook at 2 AM, I wouldn’t be at Tim Hortons in the first place.

Pathetic service, pathetic attitude, and zero professionalism. This location is a disgrace to the Tim Hortons brand.

I ordered a lemon honey tea with 3 honey this morning. After I started driving out of town I realized that they didn’t put in any tea bag and all they gave me was a cup of hot water with honey in it.

Worst experience at this Tim Hortons. We went through the drive-thru tonight just to order a donut, and night staff was rude and unprofessional. They didn’t even greet properly, had no time to listen or take suggestions, and just rushed everything. Very disappointed with the service. She didn’t even care to listen and just closed the window, it appeared to me as she didn’t want a customer coming to order , may be she just wanted to get her own work done only.

The staff seem to neglect the front of house and just focus on drive-through. And I get harassed by some Karen that works there for bringing my tiny electric scooter in there. I'm just trying to be green and its impossible to lock outside. If they showed me a policy then sure but apparently they are okay with staff just harassing and emberrassing customers every time instead. Even though the other staff at the same location said was fine.

Went to drive thru on June 28,2025 around 4:30pm. The girl on the window was in hurry and dropped my food on floor the shut the window on my face without telling me anything I mean was expecting either replacement or another order. Then I had to ask her again to give me order I was ready to pay again. It was very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. People expect better from Tim hortons.

Service was terrible female worker kept rushing me when I said I wanted to order a drink. She just told me the price and to pull up even tho I said I wasn’t done ordering.

This is the worst Tim Horton's in Guelph.
The staff is rude and obnoxious and frequently get our orders wrong.

It's well worth the drive to visit Tim Horton's at Woolwich or Wellington, where the staff are friendly and competent. Please consider those locations over this location.

I did a walk- in today at this location and like other customers i had the bad experience. An employee named Navneet was forcing us to have to wrong drink that we never ordered. She looked like frustrated from the work and kind of putting it over to the customers. The atmosphere wasn’t giving a good vibe.
