U can not beat a Tim's coffee. I have only had 2 bad coffees. My biggest complaint is hair on my effin donuts its so Gros u see it u look forward to eating it then 2 or 3 bites in effin Gros hair. But now I just get a couple of Timbits. But I can not believe the price of everything now it's even more Gros then hair in ur food.

3 people in the group each ordered 3 things (1 drink each and 2 food things). 1 person got what they actually wanted, but the wrap was torn and all food falling out. 1 had to wait for a refund or 20 minutes for them to prep food. 1 had the complete wrong item and was just stared at when they started it was wrong

I went in this morning to the Eramosa Rd location (Guelph, ON) and ordered my regular iced capp with chocolate milk. She had it rung in as cream, so I inquired if it would be made with chocolate milk (as that's how I ordered it), and she kinda snapped back that it would be since she was making it. I paid cash and should have received 30 cents back (according to the till and basic math). She took my money, and closed the cash drawer - no change. She made my drink, handed it to me and I told her to enjoy the tip she gave herself. She definitely hasn't been there long, as this is my regular Timmies and I only go there at this time of day.
Perhaps some more training in customer service and providing customers their change?

Ordered a pumpkin spice latte. At the bottom of the drink there were CHUNKS. A lot of them. I threw up. I ordered a similar drink from another (different) location years ago and I should have learned my lesson then. Not only has the franchise been getting worse but it seems like the employees don’t care either. I’ve worked in food service and I know it’s a hard job. I don’t want to go back to complain because the job IS so hard. But that another person made me this drink and gave it to me to consume is vile. Tim Horton’s won’t miss me as a customer— but from one human to another— have a care!! You’re going to make people sick!

It's a Timmie's. Like any other. Good, but not spectacular. I'm glad it's here.

I came in for lunch, and the service was terrible. I ordered a hot chocolate with two milk, it was scalding, as if there was NO milk. the cup wasn't even filled all the way. a friend of mine came to join me, so I went to order food. the worker preparing our food, made unnecessarily rude comments about the order itself (two sausage and two cheese on an english muffin and a plain bagel with extra butter), then proceeded to put barely ANY butter on the bagel, which would have been shameful even if we didn't ask for extra. Furthermore, when asked to add more butter, the worker started acting very disrespectfully towards me, and nearly THREW the butter packets on the counter and told me to do it myself. Mind you, I was being fairly respectful, considering the ill-mannered behaviour she was exhibiting. I apologized THREE times while asking for the extra butter, and STILL proceded to thank her. Afterwards, she and co-worker were seemingly gossiping, while staring at us. Mind you, we are teenagers. this kind of behaviour is appalling, and I cannot believe that it is acceptable in this establishment.
The workers here constantly show disrespect to the highschool students who come at lunch, despite us being generally very respectful, and the biggest reason they are still in business due to their lack of a drive through.
the workers are stingy and overtly disrespectful, and I DO NOT recommend coming here.

I would like to apologize to the girl working tonight on March 26th, 8:00 p.m. for inconveniencing her by ordering a coffee. I could see by your pure attitude and eye roll that making my coffee ruined your night. Couldn't even wait long enough for me to scan my card or for the payment to go through before you walked away.
