I would like to apologize to the girl working tonight on March 26th, 8:00 p.m. for inconveniencing her by ordering a coffee. I could see by your pure attitude and eye roll that making my coffee ruined your night. Couldn't even wait long enough for me to scan my card or for the payment to go through before you walked away.

I came in for lunch, and the service was terrible. I ordered a hot chocolate with two milk, it was scalding, as if there was NO milk. the cup wasn't even filled all the way. a friend of mine came to join me, so I went to order food. the worker preparing our food, made unnecessarily rude comments about the order itself (two sausage and two cheese on an english muffin and a plain bagel with extra butter), then proceeded to put barely ANY butter on the bagel, which would have been shameful even if we didn't ask for extra. Furthermore, when asked to add more butter, the worker started acting very disrespectfully towards me, and nearly THREW the butter packets on the counter and told me to do it myself. Mind you, I was being fairly respectful, considering the ill-mannered behaviour she was exhibiting. I apologized THREE times while asking for the extra butter, and STILL proceded to thank her. Afterwards, she and co-worker were seemingly gossiping, while staring at us. Mind you, we are teenagers. this kind of behaviour is appalling, and I cannot believe that it is acceptable in this establishment.The workers here constantly show disrespect to the highschool students who come at lunch, despite us being generally very respectful, and the biggest reason they are still in business due to their lack of a drive through.the workers are stingy and overtly disrespectful, and I DO NOT recommend coming here.

I like the apple fritters and the iced caps that's about it. Every time I go here I can't help but think about Tim is actually quite gluttonous when it comes to paying for a small amount of food for a bigger price tag.
