Cautious going to this location just got a tea and the cup lid had lipstick on the opening. Absolutely disgusting! They try the tea before serving?? Puzzles me how anything like this happens...

This Tim Hortons is always my first choice! The restaurant is spotless, service is quick and efficient, and the food is consistently fresh. The staff are personable and welcoming, which makes every visit a positive experience. I even go out of my way to come to this location over others—it’s worth it every time!

Total lack of cleanliness in this Tim Horton's. Every table is dirty, not wiped. Crumbs all over on the ledges for ones. Men's washroom disgusting.

Was fast and efficient all until I got home and the lid came off my ice capp and it went everywhere make sure the kids are in tight

In the last few weeks the service and food quality/quantity has taken a massive shift that is apparent over multiple visits.

Orders constantly being messed up, like flavour shots being missed despite being payed for, bagels with cream cheese getting an addition of cheddar on them for a dollar despite not being asked, iced capp machine was not working right but then still took the order and provided a liquid coffee beverage.

Something changed recently and it's hard to pinpoint what it is, but this location after these errors has to be now the worst tims I've been to in guelph.

When I entered there were only two people in line in front of me. For some reason, the older lady taking orders at the register was yelling at her coworkers and was quite rude to them. I think they all spent more time arguing with each other than actually prepping orders. It should not take 15 minutes for a wrap and a coffee.
