I was a constant customer at this location however I am not going to be returning. The coffee I always get is subpar and I was told today to next time park closer to the window (in a condescending tone). I did apologies to the worker but she didn’t care much, I guess she wanted to get a comment in since I’m a daily customer. I’m sorry your drive thru is made that it’s hard for novice drivers like myself to park closer without ruining my car.

I will not be returning.

Servers are soooooo slow. Slowest Tim's in Guelph. Even bypassing the super long drive thru and going in takes forever with no one in front of you. They need to work on serving/prep speed.

I recently visited Tim Hortons and had one of the best Iced coffee! It was perfectly made by Harman. After a tiring day the coffee was certainly comforting. Kudos to Harman for making my day. The staff is very kind and friendly. Definitely our go-to spot from now onwards.

My experience at Tim Horton's was subpar. The staff incorrectly added sugar to my coffee, and the washroom was in a state of disarray. Additionally, the garbage bin was full to capacity.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever had. The employee i dealt with actually accused me of sending my order to the wrong restaurant and then played dumb when I showed her that's not the case. There are other locations in guelph that actually serve their customers with a smile so I'll be going to them from now on.

I recently visited Tim Hortons and had their coffee with milk, and it was one of the best coffee experiences I’ve had! The coffee was perfectly balanced with just the right amount of creaminess from the milk, blending beautifully with the rich, smooth flavor of the coffee. It had a comforting warmth and a mild sweetness that made it so enjoyable, especially for someone who prefers their coffee not too strong. Definitely my go-to now for a great coffee fix!

I recently visited this Tim Hortons and had an incredibly disappointing experience that I have never encountered before. As I was waiting for my order, I noticed several flies on the display food machine. I saw insects flying around and some landing on the food being served to the public. Concerned, I politely mentioned this to one of the employees, only to receive a response that left me stunned: "That’s common here. If you want, you can complain to the manager or leave a review on Google."

I have to say, this response was shocking and unprofessional. I have been a loyal drive-through customer at this location for a long time, but after this incident, I am seriously reconsidering my visits. The employee’s attitude seemed dismissive and rude, suggesting a lack of care or interest in maintaining basic hygiene standards. I have been to many Tim Hortons locations, and I have always had good experiences. However, this kind of behavior and disregard for food safety was surprising and disappointing.

I strongly believe that when customers pay for food, it should be served clean and fresh, free from any contamination. The presence of insects in the food display is unacceptable, and the way the employee handled my concern only made the situation worse. A simple acknowledgment or effort to address the issue would have been appreciated, but I felt like my concern was completely brushed off.

This review is not meant to criticize harshly but to bring this issue to the attention of the manager or whoever is responsible for maintaining this store. Cleanliness is crucial, and it is a humble request to ensure that food is properly handled and served to customers without any contamination. I hope that this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve the situation so that future customers do not have to face the same experience.

The service is not tim horton ways its chaos... when you order food and you claim it should 1st order 2nd order and so on...not just keep making order and they same order which one is is order... it's suck
