Aug 31, 2025 6:40 am -The one who assisted us was one of the Tim Horton's employees who was rude to the customer and seemed to not want to assist even though the teenager I was with felt that too
be polite and also smile if you want customer back

I went to 158 Clair Rd E yesterday for half dozen of donuts, the cashier ( girl) doesn’t know how to count money. I gave $7.80 in coins, she asked me for another $1.40 more then I asked her to give me back my money, she gave me back $7.10.
Just wondering if she only knows to scanned the card ?

Lady serving tall slim and Glasses couldn’t catch her name
Our Nephew was here from England we sat opposite the ordering counter and watched her it was 7.30 am a fresh start
She treated every customer the same way
I live close by but will drive a little further next time

Ellaha, took a moment to help with redeeming points on the app. This was so helpful. I will say, it is NOT tim hortons staffs responsibility to help customers with this, as it slows down the line, customers then get upset, food is not hot, to long to wait. Its not tim hortons that holds up the line, food service, etc. Customers must know to have thier tim hortons app, open, set-up and ready to go. If customers are prepaired at cash, everything else will fall in to place. Happy customers, happy staff members, happy management!

I bought a bacon and egg breakfast sandwich, and it had eggshells on it. I thought it was just the first couple of bites, but the shells kept coming! This isn't the first time this has happened here.

I came to this Tim Hortons morning at 4 AM at drive-through between my shift to have something. I specifically ordered a bagel toasted with extra butter. Everything bagel to be very specified and one hash brown inside it.
The order was one hash brown on the side
And I also ordered two quenchers it was strawberry both of them

So when I reach the window, I was handed over peach quencher so I had to tell them and it got changed without any issues but please and I opened everything to eat and I saw there’s no ketchup with the hash brown and I wasn’t even asked if I need anything on the side with bagel or the hash brown, which is Very strange like why

My whole breakfast is totally ruined right because I don’t eat without ketchup. How do you expect me to eat it without ketchup or any dipping sauce? It’s just a boiled potato thing tasteless. The whole taste is of the dipping sauce.

The other thing at your Tim Hortons I have many times experience this because I work nearby and I am there most of the times so even if it is day even if it is night even if it is afternoon when I reach the order station, nobody saying hey good morning good evening welcome to Tim Hortons. They are always like what’s your order? What’s your order which is not Tim Hortons standard I’m not really satisfied .
