I came to this Tim Hortons morning at 4 AM at drive-through between my shift to have something. I specifically ordered a bagel toasted with extra butter. Everything bagel to be very specified and one hash brown inside it. The order was one hash brown on the side And I also ordered two quenchers it was strawberry both of them
So when I reach the window, I was handed over peach quencher so I had to tell them and it got changed without any issues but please and I opened everything to eat and I saw there’s no ketchup with the hash brown and I wasn’t even asked if I need anything on the side with bagel or the hash brown, which is Very strange like why
My whole breakfast is totally ruined right because I don’t eat without ketchup. How do you expect me to eat it without ketchup or any dipping sauce? It’s just a boiled potato thing tasteless. The whole taste is of the dipping sauce.
The other thing at your Tim Hortons I have many times experience this because I work nearby and I am there most of the times so even if it is day even if it is night even if it is afternoon when I reach the order station, nobody saying hey good morning good evening welcome to Tim Hortons. They are always like what’s your order? What’s your order which is not Tim Hortons standard I’m not really satisfied .

The hockey player Tim Horton has opened this place in Clair Road in Guelph.
They have coffee and donuts.
Seems strange a hockey player would open a donut shoppe, but who knows; maybe he knows something about coffee, business AND Hockey. Could be a Hat Trick.

The lady at the drive-through is ALWAYS friendly and courteous. My double double is made to perfection every morning (although the lid sometimes mysteriously smells like perfume) but no biggie.

I was a constant customer at this location however I am not going to be returning. The coffee I always get is subpar and I was told today to next time park closer to the window (in a condescending tone). I did apologies to the worker but she didn’t care much, I guess she wanted to get a comment in since I’m a daily customer. I’m sorry your drive thru is made that it’s hard for novice drivers like myself to park closer without ruining my car.
I will not be returning.

Servers are soooooo slow. Slowest Tim's in Guelph. Even bypassing the super long drive thru and going in takes forever with no one in front of you. They need to work on serving/prep speed.

I recently visited Tim Hortons and had one of the best Iced coffee! It was perfectly made by Harman. After a tiring day the coffee was certainly comforting. Kudos to Harman for making my day. The staff is very kind and friendly. Definitely our go-to spot from now onwards.
My experience at Tim Horton's was subpar. The staff incorrectly added sugar to my coffee, and the washroom was in a state of disarray. Additionally, the garbage bin was full to capacity.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever had. The employee i dealt with actually accused me of sending my order to the wrong restaurant and then played dumb when I showed her that's not the case. There are other locations in guelph that actually serve their customers with a smile so I'll be going to them from now on.
