Good service. The coffee from this Tim Hortons tastes like it's watered down compared to most stores.

As usual in Tim Hortons. However, the cashiers are very slow. Most of the time, the drive-in customers are first and the others later. Lineups are long and people have to wait to be served. Not recommended as walk-in.

One of the worst experience i had , the drive through lady was so rude she literally took like 15 mins to come on the, mic and then has the audacity to speak rudely. I wanted to take matters into my own hands but I wasn't jobless to create a scene. It was on 8th Oct between 8 45 - 9 pm . Check who took calls for the drive through and get it straight tim Hortons.

I Come Pretty Much Strictly to This Tim Hortons Branch and I Know and Recognize Just About Every as They Do Me and It’s Always a Fun/Happy Exchange in Conversation 🫠❣️❣️👍

The Service…. Well Let’s Just Say I Don’t Have to Say Much Because They Always Take Good Care of Me☺️

The longest I've ever waited for a coffee in a drive thru ever, coffee was fine but jeez 20 minute drive thru was not worth it

Always friendly staff...product is extremely inconsistent. The store is usually open early, which is good for early workers.

Very unprofessional staff ,they are having tuff time understanding English language, I placed a mobile order , after 15 mins when I arrived at the location for pickup , they where unaware of the order and I had to tell them the details about the order and then they started making it again I had to wait for 15 mins, is this the service Tim provides , at last I had to leave without collecting 2 items as i was getting late , Tim needs to take strict actions on this franchise, even the manager was unprofessional, she was unable to answer the questions.

I ordered a Vanilla Iced Coffee and specifically requested extra sugar and extra cream. Unfortunately, the drink I received did not match my order—it lacked both the extra sweetness and creaminess I asked for. This was quite disappointing, as I was looking forward to enjoying my usual order.

The server's name was Lynn. While I understand that mistakes can happen during busy hours, this has occurred more than once at this location, and I felt it was important to bring it to your attention.

I hope you will take steps to ensure greater accuracy and consistency in preparing customized orders. I would appreciate a response regarding this matter.

Thank you for your time and attention.

My husband went to this location this morning. My small steeped tea was not full and barely warm. We did not notice until I dropped him off at work because we had a tray. This is ridiculous and disappointing. What a waste of money. We will not be back to this location.

Shaine works at the Tim Hortons on Silvercreek and Speedvale, and her behavior has made a negative impact on many customers, particularly those from the Black community. Numerous visits have revealed her consistent use of disrespectful language and a dismissive attitude toward people of African descent. This pattern of racism not only creates an uncomfortable atmosphere but also reflects a broader issue of intolerance that can be detrimental to community cohesion.

Experiencing such disrespect can be disheartening, especially in a public space where everyone deserves to feel welcome and valued. Many patrons appreciate Tim Hortons for its sense of community and inclusivity, making Shaine's behavior all the more troubling. It’s essential for businesses to foster an environment free from discrimination and hostility.

After repeated encounters with Shaine, it’s understandable that you’ve chosen to stop visiting that location. Supporting establishments that prioritize respect and inclusivity is crucial for promoting a positive community. Addressing such behavior through feedback to management or choosing alternative locations can help encourage change. Ultimately, every individual deserves to be treated with dignity, regardless of their background. It’s vital to advocate for a more respectful and accepting environment for everyone. From today I have to stop visit that Timhorton.
