We ordered a protein iced latte at the drive-thru and had a very disappointing experience. The guy serving us seemed completely lost and wasn’t really listening to what we were saying. First, he gave us a French vanilla instead of the protein iced latte. We politely told him it was wrong, and the second time he handed us a hot coffee. After explaining again what we ordered, the third time he just added ice to the hot coffee and gave it to us. We ended up waiting in the drive-thru for about 30 minutes just for one coffee. The lack of attention and repeated mistakes were very frustrating.

I was at the Silvercreek Parkway TH off of Highway 6 in Guelph at 5:30pm. There was one person on the drive-thru window, one baker in the back and one person covering cash, orders and making all the meals. I stood there for at least five minutes while the young woman prepared the food orders and there was nobody at all to take orders or help her. People behind me walked out. Woefully understaffed and I felt very bad for them. The service was pleasant but very poor due to understaffing and not their fault, they were doing the best they could. No incentive to go back to this location.

This Tim Hortons is terrible! I went thru the other morning on my way to work I ordered a xl coffee and a sausage and scrambled egg wrap. I get up to the window and the girl goes $9.30 and I’m like it should be only $3 as per the deal they have going on. The girl goes you ordered a farmers wrap.. no I didn’t I said sausage and scrambled egg wrap. She argued with me. She then goes I even asked you. I just said whatever. I said I would like the one for $3 then. She goes well we already made the farmers wrap! Terrible terrible service do not go here!
