Bad service ,disrespectful and resicm
In night there was a girl who working in drive thrue and she behave like rude and showing her attitude and in tea and coffee there was no sugar only water lying on it

Terrible service. No one speaks. Not like old days. All employees don't have to have conversations in there language and ignoring my order. Just a assembly line and wait 5 to 10 minutes for 1 coffee

I go to many many Tim Hortons and am addicted to the Omlette bites and the coffee ☕ and steeped tea.
This is a nice Tim Hortons and every time we go shopping in Guelph this is our place.
MOST TIM HORTONS HAVE AN ANOYING PROBLEM THAT IS UNNERVING.
The UNNERVING annoying loud beeping.
Can't communicate with your company and can't relax.
PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!!

This is hands down the worst Tim Hortons I’ve even been too. I personally worked at Tim Hortons Store 1284 for 5 years. This place is slow as molasses and every time you come it’s a draw out of your hat if your food will be made right or look like something off kitchen nightmares. I have them the benefit of the doubt as I have experience in working at a Tim’s and get that sometimes stuff happens. But I have no idea how today I go but my finance a bagel and drop it off to her at work and this is what she got. Like how do you do that and think huh this bagel looks good. Thats a bagel with cream cheese. Where’s the cream cheese? Not even like you used the black handled scoop that is a small amount this is even WORSE.

Arrived to see at least 7 staff serving drive-thru leaving one very slow staff on counter service. For some reason, TH has ignored counter service. Why? Your customers who actually walk in your lobby should be of equal priority to drive thru. They can wait in their car. Why have two cashier service counter areas if you only ever serve at one. Making TH less and less of a food option.

There is a survey code in every bill you get and you can use that code to get discounted for hot beverages, if you spend your tine and complete the survey. You go online, do the survey, and it gives you a verification code to give it to counter to get the discount. You can’t give back the bill but instead you give the code. Navdeep, the staff, made me to tear up my bill, write down the verification code at the bottom of it and give it to her. I told her I have been using the verification code without any problem not only in this shop but in every shop and no one told me tear up my bill and write down the code, instead she tells me to go to another Tim Hortons. So that’s the way you treat your costumers??? Being rude??? Telling them to go to another place??? Does it mean Tim Hortons has enough customers that a couple of customers does not make any difference??? Then what is the meaning of making a survey promotion if you can’t train your staff how to handle it??? I will never go to this Tim Hortons and will make sure everyone else I know would not. Thanks for your wonderful staff and wonderful service.
