Today I had a bad experience here which ruined my entire work day as I had gotten the wrong order in the drive thru while on a 20 minute lunch break for work. I had ordered a medium steeped tea with one sugar, two milk, and honey, but what I received was a medium black coffee. I didn’t realize the order was wrong until I reached my workplace and finished my break and my evening tea is very essential for me so taking that sip was very disappointing. I hope the team can serve me better next time as this has not just been a one time occurrence :(

Really quick in the drive thru. Have been coming here regularly for my breakfast the last few weeks and I am always in and out of drive thru quickly. They often dont give napkins though which is frustrating because I get extra butter, so I always have to ask for napkins and they sometimes act annoyed, but if they gave them to me in the first place I wouldn't be an inconvience to ask for them.

I recently visited this Tim Hortons and had a really pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and efficient, my order was taken quickly, and everything came out fresh. I had a classic double-double coffee and a freshly baked Boston Cream donut - both were perfect! The location was clean and comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere that made it a great spot to relax for a few minutes. Overall, a solid visit that reminded me why Tim Hortons is such a favourite.

Went in as there was a very long line in the drive through. The inside line was not moving and the workers seemed confused.
Staff is always working hard but seem to be having gun. Very nice and polite. The tables and washrooms are always clean.

It seems to me that a place like Tim Hortons would have the proper stock in inventory. Being open 24 hours, sad to come through drive thru today at 6:05pm and find out that they don't have 2 of the muffins I wanted plus that new chocolate donut with marshmallow in it. When coming up to the window I get a smart answer back saying we didn't get them. No sorry about that, no nothing. No smile no thank you just hand our order to us like we are a number. Is this how Tim Hortons treats people? A big company like this? I am appalled and disgusted. I can see you running out of certain items once in a while but everyday? This is unacceptable and these people hired for customer service should be retrained in how to sympathize with the customer first, not make them feel stupid. Very unclassified of Tim Hortons.
