Ordered mobile, thought it would be faster. Took 5 mins for a medium steeped tea with oat milk. It’s ridiculous that in peak times, the staff clearly does not have any communication between each other. I watched a line up of 7 people get served before I even was asked about what I ordered. Then I had to tell them I had a mobile order. This needs to change

My last time at this location until that bloody beeping is stopped! Complained to the lady and was told it is the coffee machine, and it is not easy to turn it off! How can they spend several hours there, with that thing beeping constantly?

You need to improve your drive thru wait time and service. I’m visiting this location since 2017 and never seen this pattern ever at this location no matter how busy it is. Since Last year wait time in drive thru is not acceptable. The staff can’t work. Upgrade your staff please. There are a lot of unemployed people who are great at work and craving for work. Lay off who don’t want to work and holding spot of a good worker.

All I wanted was my eggs
We went to another tims first for the famed Ryan Reynolds Scrambled Eggs loaded breakfast box. We had trued before to no avail but today would be the day. Alas, the first Tim Hortons we went to was out of hashbrowns! Gasp! It was only 7 minutes to 11 and we were running out of time. Hastily I placed an online order at this location and we made our way over. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we learned that the website misrepresented what the good people at this Tim Hortons had to offer. It was shortly after 11 at this time and we were starting to think we would never taste Ryan's delicious eggs. By the grace of God, the wonderful manager and staff at this location whipped us up our eggs to our sincerest gratitude. The benevolence displayed here today dwarfs any other customer service experience I have ever had by a landslide. Thank you 232 Silvercreek Tim Hortons and God bless America🇨🇦

The shipment location. I had to wait for 5 minutes for them to open up the drive thru window and give me my coffee.

There was not enough staff to try and cover the mobile orders and the
counter customers. While trying to take my order 6 mobile orders came in within a two minute time span. Girl at counter was amazing but still overtasked. Poor planning on management side this was between 845-900 am during the week.

I work next to this location and I go over everyday, and love it. There are these 3 girls who specifically make my day everytime they are in. I believe their names are Rosa, Maria, and Dakota. They are truly sweethearts.
