Terrible customer service, two different occasions where my drink was made wrong no one even cared to correct it and when I tried to say something was shut down by an Indian who wouldn’t even let me finish speaking. Spoke above me and over me couldn’t even say or mention what happened or put in a complaint. Just ignorant staff in general it’s unfortunate because they are the nearest to my home.

We waited by the drive thru screen for some time and called out to get our order as well but after some time we decided to drive up to the window (no one else was in line). We kindly asked if we could order at the window instead since the speaker was not working and we were told, verbatim, “you guys just drove up”. We were caught off guard by this comment. Then we told them we were by the speaker waiting to be serviced and they said “no you didn’t wait, otherwise we would’ve noticed”. I totally understand that orders must be taken by the speaker and payment up at the window. It was just the way they handled it and accused us of not waiting.. It was lowk snowing heavy so maybe something to do with that, that caused the system to not catch it idk😅 Customer service can be difficult and maybe they were having a bad day, so I get it but they definitely could have tried to be more understanding.

In general, this tims is slow, the workers are rude, and the quality is subpar. However, one bright spot that always keeps me coming back is Rosa. Her attitude and bright personality make my day better just by being served by her. You need more people working there that are like Rosa!

I regularly order from the drive-thru between 2–4 PM. For the past two months, I’ve noticed that after taking my order, the staff no longer ask me to drive up like they used to. It leaves me unsure whether my order was taken correctly or if they’re still taking it. Also, the lady with glasses at the drive-thru window consistently has a bad attitude, especially when I ask to scan my Tim Rewards. It’s very disappointing. I won’t be coming back to this location and will gladly go to another one.

One of the Best Tim Horton's we've ever visited, Ever! Super friendly staff, Great customer service and the food was made right and was very tasty. If we're in the area again. We will definitely visit that Tim's another time. Double thumbs UP!!

First off I will start off by saying Great customer service great workers the girls in the afternoon are always friendly especially black girl with glasses she always has a pleasant smile however tonight I overheard a conversation while waiting to place my usual order in the drive thru and I was waiting to see what this narcissistic guy would comment as he said he would do an review however These customers are very disrespectful when it comes to fast food workers and it’s not okay, he failed to mention in his review how disrespectful and rude he was while talking to the girls when all they said was that It wasn’t allowed at this tim Hortons. I know sometimes owners will automatically believe the customers over their workers but I’m speaking on the girls behalf as I go there everyday on my break and never had a bad experience they were very professional and respectful in this situation .. I hope they won’t get in any sort of trouble for this.. Also if I’m in my car behind him and I can hear him clearly that surely means he’s yelling. Thank you

At all other Tim Hortons I get a large Chilli with a side order of rice. I’ve never been refuse a side of rice. I’m celiac so I can’t have the bun.
I explained that to them but they refused (the time I talked to
them was just a few minutes ago 7:16pm on NOV 5/2025. It’s a cold rainy night so I was looking forward to that) they say they have different owners than other Tim’s and they don’t do that there.

the woman who worked at the drive through was ruse and beyond condescending. whennj pulled up all she said was numbers and when i asked to clarify she belittled me. never coming here again. rude and horrible service.
